Being a leader and leading effectively comes with a lot of responsibility.  With that responsibility comes the choices a person makes based on the values they cherish most.   As Believers, our Banner sould always be Christ and seeking to do things and lead in a manner aligned with His instructions.

Growing in Christ as a Believer. 

Sometimes when we think God is silent He is actually working in our lives.  Our challenge can come from determining where and how He is doing the work.  Today, we'll discuss areas that God usually moves in our lives when we think He's silent. 

We have to understand that we cannot "try to justify our actions so God can approve of our behaviour." 

At times we need to be careful in how we live our lives, so we do not dishonor God and give the secular world reasons to talk about the Body of Christ and/or reject God because of our behavior.
