Forgiveness is a way of healing even when difficult. As human beings it's natural that we struggle with this. But, growth is also a part of our existence, without it we can remain empty.
Why is abuse accepted in a relationship? When it happens and we look for refuge from it, we allow love to justify it. Then we end up going back to the abuse
Why do we give praise and our future accomplishments to our past trauma. Taking it it deeper, why do associate that praise with things we've been through during our childhood, stating those traumas made us the better people we are today. Can that be mental illness
