I wanted to tackle the idea of how we have perceived men and women when we were younger might have influenced what we liked and how we behaved today. We chose who to look up to, not because of our own assigned gender, but because of what felt safe. We will always go towards the group that feels safe, and we will confirm to it to be a part of it. Hello fellow inner selves! I wanted to talk about my vision on money and how to deal with it after a friend told me she would never say no to a higher paying job even if it meant she would something that she does not really like compared to other options she had. In this episode, I talk about how not having money as your first goal when making choice can actually lead you to get even more money you had hoped for. Leading with the heart can bring some pretty unexpected positive things. Music Pall1958 from Pixabay
This episode is firstly an update on the two last manifestation episodes I have made. I wanted to give you guys the outcome of this life experiment so that it can inspire you conduct this kind of life tests in your own lives. I also talk about how I still felt anxious after everything was resolved, where it came from and how to deal with this anxiety. Hello everyone! I was recently recently criticized by my driving instructor in a very aggressive way. I saw myself being pulled into dark thoughts patterns of either making myself a victim or putting all the fault onto him by being resentful towards him. I quickly stopped as I did not want to go down that route. I tell you about how I dealth with these severe critiques and why taking a step back in order to deal with this part of yourself that think that this past moment is still real is very important. I thought about the circle of life when I was resting and trying to be in the present moment after a meditation. It made me examine the life we all live more deeply and how this aspect of a circle surrounds us all the time. It is this very shape that life takes on that allows us to become who we desire to be. We never lose an opportunity or a means to an end because everything regenerates in infinity. Hey beautiful souls! I wanted to give some general advice on the importance of our present moment and on feeling the way we want to feel right now disregarding our external environment. What we are truly seeking in life is a feeling. Any decision, choice, or goal we desire in life only exists because we think it will affect us in a positive way and make us feel better about ourselves. And the key to true happiness is to surrender and feel the feeling you are expecting right now. I finish by giving you a small experience I have gone through by surrendering. In this episode, I talk about how I had to make a very hard decision concerning my career and belief in what is possible in life. I was faced with two choices: i) following safety and fear by saying yes to an early internship offer I knew was not right for me or ii) following my heart and instinct by saying no and choosing the unknown with the possibility to find the right internship. Listen to know what I chose and why. I hope that this experience can also help you making hard decisions.
Hello, my beautiful people! This episode is about my opinion and experience in meditating, and why I think you should give it a try. We are capable of tremendous things and I think the easiest and practical way to tap into this potential is by meditating. I will talk about a special hypnosis by Marisa Peer that made me realize the power that resides in the simple act of calming your mind. Music by Timmoor from Pixabay
Hello beautiful souls, This is the very amateur intro to my podcast. I wanted to keep it raw and not very edited as it presents the first base of connection you will have with me. Meaningful connections are created when we actually relate to another person and see a part of ourselves in them. I wanted you to get me in the most natural and truthful way possible. I hope you will enjoy it!
