Leave comments here, or go to the podcast's page on BGG to discuss with other BGG members: http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgamepodcast/24708/printin-and-playin-podcast ---------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: The designer has sent feedback - and says I screwed up a couple of the rules - I'll try to edit the actual recording with this when I have time, but for now: "" It sounds like you misplayed two major rules, which would have a very negative impact on the way the game plays. Black mass abduction tokens are not flipped. They happen automatically when they are drawn. As a consolation for the player having less of a choice due to this, they also automatically get the special ability on the other token they drew, regardless of which of the two tokens they decide to keep. If a player draws 2 black mass abductions, both happen, and they get the special ability of their choice. If you play the mass abductions correctly, it introduces much more tension to the game, as sometimes you're really hoping they get drawn when the tokens are where you want them, and other times you're rooting for them to stay in the bag. You also misplayed the placement rule from the sounds of it. A placement is only illegal when there is more of that color present than all other tokens combined. So, if there are 3 red, 2 blue, and 1 yellow, red can be placed there since there are currently 3 red and 3 non-red. This is far less limiting than the way you played.""
