God's timing is not like ours. The Bible says that 1,000 years is like 1 day to God and 1 day is like 1,000 years. His math is not our math, nor is his timing our timing. We explore this week that God works in Seasons, while we evaluate our life in seconds.
Have you ever woke up in the morning full of energy and excitement?You had all these goal you planned to get done that day, but then at the end of the day you're asking yourself where the time went as you realize you accomplished none of those things? It probably wasn't a motivation issue, but rather a distraction issue, which is why we are talking the topic, "Don't Let the Enemy Distract You."
Many people want to be their dream, but are you willing to become your dream? The "becoming" phase is littered with disappointment and failure, but if you can break through all of that, you can walk into the dream and calling God intends for you to have.
Have you ever felt unqualified for your calling? In this message we examine how Moses lived a completely unqualified life, yet was the one chosen to lead Israel out of their captivity in Egypt. For when you realized you're unqualified for the calling, you allow God to do what only he can do in the first place.
Matthew was a disciple of Jesus. He wrote the Gospel of Matthew. However before his name was changed to Matthew he was Levi, the Tax Collector. Tax Collectors were considered the worse of the worse. The question exam in this message is how can you go from being a evil, sinning tax collector to becoming one of the disciples. This is a message of hope. A Message of transformation.
The truth today is harder and harder to come by. However it's critical that you know the truth, because if you don't know the truth, your susceptible to falling for the lies of the devil.
Jesus said that, "we are the light of the world", but what are we doing with that light?
