Please take a listen to the message from Pastor Chris on our bible study series Unshaken! We will be diving into Psalm 23 this week!
1 Samuel 3:1-10
In this week’s podcast, we going to be starting a new series that focuses around the purpose that God has for your life. The truth is, is that God has a purpose for every person that is born into this world. The enemy’s strategy is to convince us that there is nothing special about us, and somehow God messed up when he made us. This series focuses on the truth that God made you perfectly in His image, and that He has a special plan for your life! I’m praying that this series would help us learn to love who we are, and that we would know that we are beautifully and wonderfully made.
In this week’s podcast, we are continuing on in John 15 with Jesus’ last night with his best friends. We have been reading Jesus tell his disciples that if they wish to live an abundant life for Jesus, they must always remain in him. In John 15:9-17 Jesus gives his disciples his final commands, and communicates to them his final instructions to them: Love each other. I pray that we could take this command, and learn what this truly means, and what this looks like in our lives today.
Do you want to experience more joy in your life? Not just joy, but peace that surpasses all understanding? In John 15, Jesus promises that if we remain in Him, we will bear much fruit. That through an intimate relationship with Jesus, you will experience the Fruit of His Spirit: Love, Joy, and Peace! This week, we dive into John 15 and look at how we can experience love, joy, and peace through an intimate relationship with Jesus.
In this week’s podcast, we are diving into John 15:1-4. Where we read that Jesus has just introduced the coming of the Helper, Advocate, and Counselor. Now, Jesus begins to teach the disciples that in order to live the life that they are called too, they must always remain in his presence. Jesus is love, peace, joy, and grace, and when we remain in His presence, we can experience all those thing and more!
In this week’s podcast, we are digging into John 14:1-7, where Jesus has his last meal with His closest friends. He encourages them to trust Him, to trust in God the Father, and proclaims that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. The Lord is so faithful to His children, and as we study this scripture, hold on the truth in your heart that Jesus is MORE THAN ENOUGH!
This week we are finishing the story of Lazarus and diving into John 11:38-44. The story of Jesus raising Lazarus from the grave reminds us that God is a Healer, but he’s also a Resurrector, and is ready to take situations that look like they have no hope, and to restore life.
In this week’s podcast, we are diving into John 11:28-37. As a follower of Jesus, there are times where God will require you to trust him, even when everything seems to be going wrong. The story of Lazarus reminds us that God is with us, even in the darkest moments.
There are times in our lives, where Jesus calls us to have an “even now” faith. When no matter how the situation looks, we believe that even now Jesus can work a miracle. This week, we dive into our second week of ADD SCRIPTURE VERSES and how Martha had that “even now” faith.
In this episode, pastor Chris Auer breaks down the story of Lazarus, and we learn how to truly depend on God for everything, and that sometimes we need to get to the end of our rope in order to finally turn to God, and tell Him "Lord, I need you".
