In this episode David shares his experience at the Glen Ogle Ultra up in Killin, Scotland. He was hoping for his first medal in 4 years having recently started running again in the previous year. David's crew also share their experiences on the day.

David is back after a wee break! In this episode David is giving some advice and tips for new ultrarunners starting out on their journey. He drills down into pre-race preparation, race day itself and post-race recovery. He also talks about what he's been up to and what's coming up next on RndmUltrarunner podcast.

In this episode, David talks to experienced ultrarunner Jeri about how she got started in the sport and her subsequent experiences. Jeri has ran several ultras, including multiple 100 mile races. We also talk cakes, strength training, how the 200 seems to be the new 100 mile race, oh and we talk about giant rubber ducks floating down the River Thames. Also in the episode, David gives a run down of the races that took place the past weekend as well as looking ahead to next weekend.

In this episode, David talks to inspiring Brazilian ultrarunner 'Cadu'. Cadu talks a bit about himself and what led him to his first ultra this year. We discuss his ambitions going forward which include taking on the daunting challenge of the Badwater 135!
