I am someone who suffers from anxiety and depression, but I grow through it and also go to therapy, which I think everyone should try. Mental Health is near and dear to my heart, and I just know that we are powerful and influential people who tend to get underestimated by people. I'm an open book, and I hope everyone enjoys it and I'm honored that Ada invited me to the podcast
