Most agents struggle to bring in business consistently. Much of it has to do with a lack of productivity and efficiency. Not all real estate teams are created equal of course but it's without question the future of real estate. In this video I talk about why I strongly believe, with no hedge, that all real estate agents should be on teams. The reason behind this thesis is simple, great real estate teams have a group of people who are all focused on just a few things which makes the business run more efficiently. Consequently, agents are able to focus on being productive rather than being bogged down with endless amounts of task that has nothing to do with selling more real estate.
