This would start at zero subscribers and views for the videos if I moved them.Will it hurt my channel if I remove those high-view videos and put them on new channels that focus on just the towns? Now I have all the different towns under one channel along with the other videosWhat does your lead gen look like for Youtube reach outs? Some reach out but then go off the grid.What type of video content should we be creating to attract local listings in my town?Is doing an agent attraction youtube channel worth doing? Even though it's competitiveKeywords everywhere say "living in the twin cities" and "moving to the twin cities" gets 0 searches per month. Is it possible that it's inaccurate? Is that because people are searching this on YouTube?How do you research different neighborhoods? How long does it take you?You mention using caps and brackets in walk and talk # 45. In this episode we go over why oftentimes real estate agents will get text messages saying it is their real estate broker and they need help. Be diligent to ensure before talking with this person or replying that the number matches the number you have for them most often they are scammers. As an agent when working a transaction where money wiring will be involved the attorney, bank, and clients are aware of everything. Scammers may try to portray themselves as the person to give the wire transfer instructions. As agents our numbers are public record and posted all over our marketing. This means inbound sales calls will bombard you. Shop carefully.

Welcome to today's YouTube For Realtors WALK AND TALK #55- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!In todays episode I do a deep dive into Advice for Those Realtors Wanting to go ALL IN With YouTube. What does that have in common with a plant based diet?  I recently watched a Netflix special called Game Changers. I don't know if you've seen it or not, it was super interesting because it's all about changing your diet to 100% plant based while watching this with the whole concept of this documentary is about athletes who changed their diet from high protein from meat intake to going plant based. And the studies are just insane. How much more protein you can get in your body and just how much healthier your body is? And what it does is, meat constricts your veins, arteries and builds plaque up in them and it doesn't allow the blood to flow. There will be a lot of consequences when you shift from high protein to being plant based. And it's like in real estate, there will be a Plant based YouTube realtor diet. You got away from the traditional real estate incorporated YouTube into your real estate diet. You're having success. And you got overwhelmed, that's what happens when you go all in on this stuff is that we're a society that's driven by instant results, right? We do it diet. There's a lot of dabbling and starting to learn. It's better to learn and do one video a month, one video every two weeks at least it's going to get you going to where. Then you can start having a sustainable Plant based YouTube based realtor diet. It is the YouTube real estate diet. Start feeling like you got to go all in today. Stop feeling like you need all this equipment stop feeling like you got to go out blogging stop feeling like you got to have everybody in the world looking at you. You know what videos to shoot, I've talked about it a million times. You have a computer with a little camera. You have zoom, it's free. Turn it on. Start talking about your area. Pull up a Google map so the camera doesn't even really have to be on you and go through an area and describe it where the stores are where the shopping is two or three of the different neighborhoods. What you've done there in the past with your kids, with yourself with your friends. And I am ready to share it with you, Let's talk about the metrics of the numbers and conversions. The market is shifting. And having buyers right now is probably the best thing that you could have because they have all the leverage now. I'm not a big real estate guru. But it's pretty easy to see. And across all these Facebook and real estate groups. Agents are starting to freak out and hold their money, not paying for leads, and they're looking for lead generation sources. Yet you got this beautiful program platform called YouTube, and it actually works. Unlike TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. I think YouTube is a better play, first is you have to be super consistent and do all these videos every day, but none the videos have shelf life they're all just dying. And I really think that people are just on there messing around. I get a lot of attention, but you know, I'm not really getting close deals. We're going to be talking about how you can get free custom B-Roll music movie clips. All sorts of things to make those videos a little bit better and get those average view durations up. It really started carving the future for not only our videos but what we see real estate is doing. The vlog was starting to just take over and till to this day I love the vlog. I was talking about what kind of the insecurities of being outside people looking at you and so I think people are always asking me for B-roll because they fear that it's not that hard to get your self outside. What am I going to do with all this? I naturally would grab the B-roll as we were shooting so that I could tell the story in the video and also always trained my brain to know where that B-roll was for future videos. Off subject, but on the same subject people go. Do you have to change the B roll? Have new B roll for all your videos? Absolutely not. Here's the thing, We view our YouTube channel as it has to be fresh and new every single time we release a video, because if we release something that we've already done, people are going to judge us and will hate our content. The B roll also doesn't have to always be of your area. It can be more generalized, but going back and forth from me to that B roll and back it keeps people's attention longer. And that's what want those average view durations up right? So B-roll, I am suggesting going out and just getting some naturally and you don't have to shoot videos.
