Here's my thoughts and opinions on how I began to lose my passion for photography. In order to not lose it completely, I've made the choice to step away temporarily. I explain almost everything in this episode to the best of my abilities and I hope you enjoy. This is a saying that has stuck with me since hearing it, not because it's a new concept but it's putting into words my experience as a creative. Being a self taught photographer and someone so passionate for their craft, not failing is almost a warning sign that you're not trying. I give a brief update on what I've been up to and a special thank you to Joseph Parry who was responsible for this podcast topic.

This is a pretty bold title to make because those two are polar opposites, but realizing the parallels between these two has been what's kept me grounded during both the good and bad times. In this episode, I completely open up a can of verbal vulnerability by being open about my short comings as a photographer, the times where doubt is the most common thought running through your head. I think by sharing my negative experiences and being completely transparent that it can hopefully help those too who are also going through a rough time, whether that's in life or through their creative passion. This new app called Vero which isn't actually new because its been available since 2015 and only now in 2018 is it relevant is what the kids can't stop talking about on instagram. I don't hold back one bit on this episode. Raw and unfiltered. Enjoy.

After being put out of commission due to personal and health reasons, mainly a sore throat that wouldn't budge. I wanted to break the no-post streak and just talk. The goal here was to put something out there in order to be consistent again. I touched on quite a few things from Self help to the biggest differences between planned and unplanned work. Lastly, I just wanted to touch briefly on some of the main differences between a professional and hobbyist photographers and how both offer positives and negatives if you have a passion for photography. In another exciting tangent filled episode, I explore the idea of automated communication of the future based on current instagram marketing services. That brought me into the topic of Apathy and internet use for this generation and the generations after us.
