Tie Your Movies Down

Conor and Brian discuss the Force Awakens for a second time, having now seen it together.  Speculation on Rey's parenthood and Brian corrects a mistake from last episode, where he dubbed anyone unsure that she was Luke's daughter as idiots (turns out, he's the idiot).  Conor talks The Martian, and how it isn't a comedy, Brian talks Deadpool, which is a romantic comedy but is not child friendly, and The Intern, which is guy friendly and not really a romantic comedy.  The duo gets off into a tangent about censorship and probably insults a good 10-20% of america.

Conor and Brian get into all things the force awakens: initial impressions, later impressions, impressionism, and lightsabers.

Note: there is no episode 12!   Conor and Brian catch up after some time away from the podcast to talk about things in their life that occurred.  I'll be honest with you guys... this one's filler.

Brian and Conor go off the rails of movie discussions and talk about video games instead.  Mostly the new Mario game, mario maker.   Okay, they watch a 40 minute youtube video.  

Conor and Brian talk about the history of the Jurassic Park/World series, and how much they're looking foward to seeing Chris Pratt's abs.  Also, dinosaurs!

Brian and Conor discuss the 80's "classic" the wizard, which may or may not have been the most poorly designed advertising of all time.  But with Beau Bridges and Christian Slater!

The boys discuss the classic movie Office Space, both as watchers of movies and people who have worked in offices.  

With little to no planning, Brian and Conor discuss movies... I guess.

Conor and Brian watch the sci-fi classic Logan's Run and mercilessly make fun of it.  In no way a ripoff of any other show or people who have ever done anything before.  Please don't sue us.

Brian and Conor take a journey though time, but not space and discuss the greatest time travel movie of all time... Back to the Future.      

Conor and Brian discuss all things Star Wars, including the original and only true trilogy, trailers for the upcoming movie, and end up mostly just recapping the movie.   JEDI, BRUH.

The lads discuss Interstellar, how great it was, and how much you should totally go see it, man.  They cover related movies, and a bit of the history of sci-fi (NOT SYFY).  Robots and couches play key roles.

Conor and Brian discuss the prevelance of reboots in movies, what movies they want to see rebooted and what reboots should be stopped.  They also discuss how much they want to see interstellar, but they haven't seen it yet.
