When it comes to the goals we set, the careers we have or pursue or want, and how we manage money it can be easy to get overwhelmed. The culture we live in often makes us feel behind, less-than, or not enough. In this podcast we took a panel of people from within our church community who have experienced some level of what most would call success. They share their personal journeys as well as advice for us. The panel includes: Brad Florin, John Simmons, Katie Zwetzig, and Dave Goldfain. We ask things like: How did you get to where you are? What kind of goals do you make? Does managing finances come easy to you? How do you honor God in your job? In a world that speaks we are not enough, may we find rest in the God who holds it all together. Many of us are not where we want to be. Some feel consumed with anxiety. Where ever you find yourself, may you know that you are not outside of Gods plan for your life. There are always ways to move forward in each of these areas with God alongside you.

Are these things you think about often (dwell on, Phil 4:18)? Why or why not? Where have you let wounds (scar tissue) keep you from loving people or becoming a better friend? When Thomas asked Jesus for proof of His scars, He (Jesus) showed him. From this interaction, do you think we should be afraid to voice our doubts to God? Why/ why not? What are areas in life where you might need to slow down and acknowledge that God is still working on your story? What does this look like practically for you?
