In this episode, Enrique explains how to successfully run a business while active duty in the military. While being in the military, it is often hard to manage the time to successfully run a business. Between training requirements and work schedule requirements, most times there seems to not be enough hours to go towards a business. In order to be able to accomplish having a successful business, one must dedicate their efforts and sacrifice their free time to in order to keep the momentum going. Enrique was able to not only run a gym while active duty in the Marines but also expanded and added other gyms as well.

As a professional MMA fighter, Enrique has definitely seen and dealt with his fair share of injuries but I don't think that he would ever imagine being on Facebook Live and snapping his achilles tendon. From shoulder surgery, to breaking his leg in a bar, to now snapping his achilles tendon, Enrique has definitely shown his warrior spirit by continuing to pursue mixed martial arts even after all the injuries.

Sometimes no matter how much we try to avoid these type of situations, alcohol can definitely play a big part in controversial activity. Getting knocked out is something that many have dealt with and fortunately isn't the end of the world but to break your leg in the mix seems to just add insult to injury.

Jimi is always giving back to those in need and still has time to ensure that others get taken care of. From everyday leadership to letters of recommendation for Marines that transition outta the military. In my experience knowing Jimi, I have seen nothing but great leadership traits from him. I remember one time that he took me to the education center when I told him that I hadn't started education yet. He stood there while I actually got signed up with a few classes and to ensure I was set up for success.
