Waifu Warriors

In this edition of Waifu Warriors, the boys have decided to watch one of the most hyped anime of 2020, Japan Sinks... 2020. Today we'll be discussing this modernized adaption of Sakyo Komatsu's bestselling sci-fi novel and why maybe it didn't quite live up to the hype. Maybe we'll find Brian a waifu along the way... but probably not in this one.

In this episode, the boys want to cringe; cringe more than you possibly could from only one anime. So, we watched 2! But, there's a catch: each anime is only 12 minutes long instead of the usual 24, for even more condensed cringing. This week, the subject of our review and waifu picking is going to be the infamous Why the Hell are You Here, Teacher!? and cute girls doing cute survival anime Are You Lost? Both cringe for different reasons, but nonetheless painful to watch, tune in to this special episode to find out what the boys think!

After fooling themselves into watching what they believed to be a historical drama set in 19th century Japan, the boys instead discuss an anime that was decidedly not that. Tune in this week as Anthony, Erik, and Brian review Laughing Under the Clouds, an anime that was far from what we had expected going in.

This week the Waifu Warriors have watched Dorohedoro, one of Brian's favorite anime from his 3x3. But, who is his Dorohedoro waifu and what did Erik and Anthony think? And still, everything is lost in chaos. This is Waifu Warriors!
