There comes a time in life where we'll have to decide what it's going to be..Will I choose A or B?Our daily decision making can tell a lot about our decision making ability.In fact, our daily decision making is the grounds we make decisions on.So..What does this mean?We need to learn how to chose what's best for ourselves over and over agin.Weight struggles can shine a bright light on some of our decision making that's not serving us.And I can't help but think about how those decisions effect different areas of our lives.In today's episode I share a major “aha” that hit me hard while I was driving- don't worry I'm safe.. lolBut I had to grab my headphones and record me unpacking this simple realization that I'm holding on to, and you should too- if you want to live with power!!
