So, I was at the Marshall McLuhan Podcaster Roundtables last week where I met up with old friends, but made new ones, including Chris, Mike's wife.   The great thing is, they were on a tour of home cities of podcasters or something, so on their way back after visiting Montreal, they came to our place for dinner last night.  It was great! We already knew Mike of course, but Chris is great.   Oh I made Paella, hence this week's picture. We've had a lot of positive feedback about our last episode, thanks!  This led us into a discussion of relationships. I bought wild boar, and I'm not afraid to cook it.

So, I just got back from the Marshall McLuhan Podcaster Roundtables in Hamilton.  It was a really good time.  For the second year in a row I went down with Mike, the virtual Yooper.  He drove in from Copper Harbor MI, and we then flew from Sault Ste. Marie to Toronto, then, on the the GO bus, and we were in Hamilton. So that was Thursday/Friday, and we came back yesterday.  Isabelle was looking for firewood, and now we have firewood.  Our friend Jody delivered it, and we didn't hear him knock. Isabelle tried out the Dairy Queen potato skins.   Isabelle recently took a day trip up to Wawa.  Her brother in law once spent five days there, that he'd like back.   Isabelle is still thinking about her final project, it's getting exciting.

On Friday, we head down to Hamilton to meet up with the podcasters for #MMPR15. Visiting local pubs like Chester's Beers Of The World, Aout & About, and West Town. There's much merriment and conversation. A live podcasting seesion. And some late night antics.

This past weekend was the Marshall McLuhan Podcaster Roundtables. People drove, flew, ferried from all across North America and came together in Hamilton Ontario to hang out. And hang out we did. Much food, drink and talk was found in Hamilton this weekend, and more importantly, much friendship. On Saturday afternoon, upstairs at the Aout 'n About we set up and took turns recording our shows in front of the group. This is my story. Theme music (added in post) by Aaron Soch.
