Jetzt wird es poetisch. Mein heutiger Gast im BB RADIO Mitternachtstalk Podcast ist eine außerordentlich sympathische junge Frau, deren Worte Millionen Menschen berühren: Clara Lösel. Sie ist Poetin, Autorin und die Social-Media-Stimme einer ganzen Generation. Wenn ihr auf Instagram oder TikTok unterwegs seid, habt ihr sie bestimmt schon bemerkt, obwohl sie anders ist als die große Masse der Influencer. Kein großes Bühnenlicht, keine schnellen Schnitte, keine Filter. Nur Clara, die so schreibt, wie sie spricht: ehrlich, klar und mit ganz viel Herz. Clara kommt aus der Nähe von Gießen, aus einem kleinen Ort namens Linden. Schon als Kind hat sie Gedichte und Geschichten über alles verfasst, was sie beschäftigt hat. In einem Tagebucheintrag, den sie als Zehnjährige schrieb, stand bereits, dass sie „an ihrem neuen Buch“ arbeitet. Aus diesem Kindheitstraum ist mittlerweile Realität geworden. Während der Corona-Zeit zog sie nach Berlin. Eine neue Stadt, viele Möglichkeiten und trotzdem diese Einsamkeit. Aus genau dieser Zeit entstand ihre 100-Tage-Challenge. Jeden Tag ein Gedicht, jeden Tag ein Video. In ihren Texten geht es um Liebe, Einsamkeit, Depression, Familie und Freundschaft, um das Erwachsenwerden und darum, sich selbst treu zu bleiben. Sie greift dabei auch kleine Rituale auf, wie die Paella ihres Vaters, oder die Geschichten ihres Opas, von dem sie vermutlich das Talent zum schönen Erzählen geerbt hat. Ihr aktueller Spiegel-Bestseller heißt „Wehe, du gibst auf“. Darin geht es um Selbstliebe, Akzeptanz, das Gefühl, dazuzugehören, und um den Mut, einfach man selbst zu sein. Die Worte machen Mut und zeigen, dass Poesie nicht nur Kunst ist, sondern auch Heilung sein kann. Clara nutzt ihre Stimme zudem, um gesellschaftliche Themen zu beleuchten. Die Texte sind ehrlich, manchmal unbequem, aber immer voller Gefühl. Vielleicht ist genau das der Grund, warum sie so viele Menschen erreicht. Sie zeigt, dass man keine Effekte braucht, wenn man wirklich etwas zu sagen hat. Am 22. November 2025 ist sie mit ihrem Live-Programm „Wehe du gibst auf – Ein Abend mit Clartext“ im Punch L!ne Club in Berlin. Poesie trifft Musik, Tiefgang trifft Leichtigkeit. ¡Se acabaron las vacaciones, vuelve La Paella Rusa! Y lo hacemos como debe ser: rodeados de libros, estanterías hasta el techo y miradas de “estos que gritan, ¿qué hacen aquí?” porque la primera grabación de la temporada la hacemos nada menos que, de nuevo, desde la librería El Cresol de Patraix. Entre ensayo crítico, cómic underground y alguna novela recomendada por Nacho que a saber si nos vamos a leer, servimos el menú de la semana: Para empezar, Trump, que se ha cansado de ser político y ha decidido probar suerte como programador televisivo. Spoiler: su plan consiste en cerrar programas como si fueran persianas de bares en agosto. Y claro, entre reality shows, informativos y late nights, a saber cómo acaba esto. Al menos (de momento), no lo hace a tiros. Seguimos con Israel, que ya no sabe si quiere ser potencia sólo militar o también musical, futbolística o directamente multiversal porque se emperra en aparecer hasta en la sopa. Y, claro, nos aparecen los ofendiditos sospechosos habituales, que lo mismo te montan drama geopolítico por Eurovisión, o quejas de los aficionados a la Vuelta o a la Champions. Uno ya no sabe si estamos todos afinando la guitarra o protestando en la ONU. De plato fuerte, Mazón y la DANA, claro. Porque hace ya casi un año del drama… efeméride acompañada de notas de prensa y el President buscando sesiones de fotos por doquier, incluidas algunas con paraguas real, poniéndose a rueda del Borbón para aguantar mejor el chaparrón. La GVA parece ya plenamente especializada en gestión de emergencias versión influencer: postureo, marketing y, si sobra tiempo, algún que otro protocolo publicado pero no aplicado, que eso da mucha pereza. ¿Qué dirá Gan Pàmpols tras esta experiencia, ahora que está de salida? Y en nuestras recomendaciones culturales, cedemos el micro y nos dejamos llevar: esta vez no mandamos nosotros, sino que dejamos que Nacho, nuestro librero de cabecera del Cresol saque su lista de imprescindibles, personalizada para cada uno de nosotros. Mike van de Elzen: Chorizo paella with green chili and coriander Cook time: 45 minutes Prep time: 5 minutes Serves: 6 2 tbsp sunflower oil 1 white onion, peeled and diced 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed 2 chorizo sausage, sliced 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 cup red wine 1 1/2 cups long grain rice 3-4 cups vegetable stock 2 tsp tomato puree 1/2 tsp salt good Crack of pepper 12 cooked prawns 1 green chili (cayenne or similar) 1/2 cup fresh coriander 1 lemon, cut into 6 Start by pre-heat your oven to 180*c. Place your a deep cast-iron pan onto a element and start by sautéing the diced onions and garlic in the sunflower oil until soft. Add in the chopped chorizo and continue to sauté. Once the chorizo starts to colour up add in the rice. Reduce the heat and continue to sauté for a couple of minutes, before you carefully pour in the red wine. Allow the wine to reduce before finally adding in the vegetable stock, tomato puree and then season with salt and pepper. Place the a lid onto the pan and place it into the oven for 35 minutes. After this time remove and check the rice is just cooked through. If so scatter over the prawns and fire back into the oven without a lid for a further 10 minutes to heat the prawns through. Owen Punselie works for Bristol Waste and Recycling managing a squad of 12 people working in waste management in the city of Bristol. He's also an American full football scholarship alumni and fairly new to his role with Bristol Waste; “As jobs go, it's a great cardiovascular workout,” he tells Claire, “you also end up walking up to 12 miles on shift with each recycling truck being responsible for processing the waste of up to 750 houses each day.” Owen introduces himself as Dutch with Nigerian heritage, mentions he likes Spanish food, not too keen on vegetables, and he really likes coconut milk. Owen tells Claire he's going to show her how to make Paella, the coconut milk mystifies Claire, there is also Jerk seasoning and Soy Sauce in the line-up, not everyday paella ingredients. Owen can cook, it was his mum who taught him, and so with the pan bubbling and the kitchen smelling delicious, Claire and Owen ditch calling it paella, renaming the recipe instead, Owen's Spicy Coconut Chicken Rice.
