Are you currently your industry's best-kept secret? If you're looking at your bank account and it doesn't match the amount of heart (and hours) you're pouring into your podcast, you need this episode. It's January 1st, 2026, and I'm officially retiring the "just be consistent" advice. You with me? Because consistency is a lie if it's leading you straight to burnout with nothing to show for it but a few "great episode!" comments and a flat P&L.Today, we are doing the work. We're using a part of my Mic Drop Mastery Method to bridge the gap between where you are and where your dream clients are waiting for you. What's on the Workbench Today:The TLC Audit: We're moving past "likability." I'm challenging you to find your Leverage. What is that expertise that only you can deliver? If you can't articulate it, they can't buy it.The 90-Day Offer Map: Stop "winging it." We'll identify your top 3 revenue drivers for the first quarter. If it's not on the map, it's not in the bank. The Belief Gap: Your listeners are skeptical—not of you, but of themselves. I'll show you how to stand in that gap and lead them toward the transformation they need right now.The Review from the Future: Do not skip the visualization exercise in this one. You've got to listen in to find out what it is!The status quo is officially over. Let's make 2026 the best podcasting year yet!Let's Get To It:The January Flywheel: Spend 5 hours with me on January 27th and walk away with 90 days of content strategy mapped out. 13 episodes. Zero guesswork. Just revenue-driving momentum. [Grab your Seat!]

The 365 Days of Astronomy, the daily podcast of the International Year of Astronomy 2009
Episode 209. Today's guest: Professor Thomas Hockey, with the University of Northern Iowa, is the recipient of HAD's 2026 LeRoy E. Doggett Prize, which is awarded biennially to an individual who has significantly influenced the field of the history of astronomy by a career-long effort. In this episode, we'll not only conclude our discussion of his most recent book, but we'll also talk about some rather fun and interesting topics. H'ad astra historia is the official podcast for the Historical Astronomy Division of the American Astronomical Society. We're here to share stories from and about the people who study the stars, planets, and the cosmos. We'll be hearing from individuals who not only study the history of astronomy, but also those who lived it, who were "in the room" during pivotal events within the last 50 years or so. Podcast music: "Frost Waltz" Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com), licensed under creative commons: by attribution 4.0 license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) Podcaster: Loretta Cannon (an AAS affiliate via Rose City Astronomers) is a science-and-word-nerd who really likes outer space and the people who study it. She quite enjoys working as HAD's podcaster, bringing astronomy stories to you. We've added a new way to donate to 365 Days of Astronomy to support editing, hosting, and production costs. REPUBLISHED EPISODEFollowing the recents events in Bondi, if you missed previous episodes this was one not to be missed surrounding the events of radical islamic terrorist ideology (Denied by the government!) that occurred at the Lindt Cafe Sydney on the 15th December 2014. On today's episode I sit down with the NSW Police Tactical Operations Unit Officer Ben Besant also known as "Officer A". He was the TOU officer who killed the Lindt Cafe terrorist and he tells us about the moment he came face-to-face with the killer who terrorised Sydney and how he also expected to die also airing his frustration as senior police hesitated while a hostage was executed. Due to the multiple current suppression orders Ben's full name and identity to an extent is still kept anonymous.Ben Beasant aka "Officer A" VA (Medal of Valor) was brought up in the Hawkesbury north-west of Sydney. 'Officer A' was in the New South Wales Police Force for nearly 20 years. The Lindt Cafe siege was a terrorist attack that occurred on 15–16 December 2014 when a lone gunman, shit bag, held hostage ten customers and eight employees of a Lindt chocolate café in the APA Building in Martin Place, Sydney, Australia. Shitbag was armed with a pump shotgun and a 'backpack bomb' and held 18 hostages for 17 hours before police stormed in.Send us a text however note we cannot reply through these means. Hello to you listening in Suffolk, Virginia!Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds (and a bit more for an important story) for Motivate Your Monday and your host, Diane Wyzga. Each one of us - if we're determined - finds a way to compost the regrets, poor decisions, failures, shames and blames that are part and parcel of living life into something almost beyond description: personal transformation. My long time friend, podcasting colleague, disabled military vet, and avid hiker, Keith McNally, is a man finding his path to transformation. His goal? Thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail beginning on March 29, 2026, crossing 14 states on the East Coast and finishing 2,197 miles 5 months later. Some of the challenges include constant rough terrain with difficult footing, a series of steep grades, climbs and descents, as well as river crossings balanced on logs, extreme weather, insects, and rock scrambles using hands for climbing. The elevation profile of the AT over its length is akin to summiting Mount Everest from sea level and back approximately 16 times. So yes, physical fitness is a must to take on the AT; but it is mental fortitude and the ability to adapt to unforseen challenges that is key to finishing the hike.Keith's journey will be a test of perseverance, a tribute to the beauty of the natural world, and an opportunity for personal growth. Even more importantly, Keith is setting the groundwork for a non-profit foundation to help military veterans find their own Trails to Transformation. This first hike is just the beginning. But here's something else. Keith is not walking alone. He has also been steadfastly training an indefatigable Aussie cattle dog he named Ashley after rescuing her from a shelter. Click HERE to watch a short video entitled: Introduction to Ashley - Trail Partner and Training CompanionAs you can imagine, an expedition like this one does not come cheap. I know money is dear. And, here I am asking you to please reach deep into your pocket to give what you are able to Keith & Ashley's GoFundMe project. On the GoFundMe site you'll find all the details as well as a punch list of expenses so you can see where your contributions will go. Click HERE to access Keith's GoFundMe, add what you can, and invite others to be part of the mission. I did! In this episode of The Back of the Pack Podcast, we crack open our 2025 race calendar like a scrapbook with sweat stains and start pulling out the stories. Forty-eight races, forty-seven race days, and enough finish lines to make our bib drawer file for workers' comp. We dig into the “stat snacks” too: 339.95 miles of racing, an average rhythm of basically a race every week, and a whole lot of half-marathon living. We relive the highs (hello Top City Half as our fastest 13.1), the gritty ones (yes, Summer Argo, we remember you), and the weird little coincidences that only show up when we actually look at our year in one big pile. Like running two different halves and landing on the exact same finish time, or clocking the same 5K time twice like our watch got stuck in a time loop. There were double-header weekends, holiday races, travel races, hometown classics, and at least one event whose name tried to convince our spreadsheet we ran farther than we did. But the real story isn't the pace, it's what each course dragged out of us: patience, pride, stubbornness, gratitude, and a few laughs when the plan went off the rails. If you've ever wondered what consistency looks like for a back-of-the-pack runner, this episode is the honest, imperfect, strangely beautiful proof. Come for the numbers, stay for the stories.

Čo je to Nerudacast?Za posledné roky som stretol množstvo zaujímavých a šikových ľudí, ktorí ma obohatili svojimi názormi, postojmi, alebo skúsenosťami. Rád zachádzam do tém, ktoré sú nevšedné. National conservative podcasters all fired up he echo chamber by over-reacting to a fake news story put out by progressive democrats without doing a quick google search to find out that Lawrence Mayor Brian DePena actually DOES speak English and is not QUITE the liberal democrat they portrayed him to be. NOPE if they bothered to do a quick search they would have found Depena is PRO LIFE, ANTI-TRANS, pro TRUMP, Supports ICE, and "Cheers" when ICE deports criminals from his community. Also lightening round CHRISTMAS edition! GUESTS: Kristen Maxwell and Dave-ID Consoli!
The DOJ's transcripts with Ghislaine Maxwell read less like a deposition and more like a polite coffee chat, with Todd Blanche treating a convicted trafficker as if she were a misunderstood guest instead of a predator. Rather than pressing her for truth, the exchanges gave Maxwell space to “set the record straight,” validating her narrative and laundering her image into something official. The tone was soft, deferential, and absurd — serving not to expose corruption but to protect it, wrapping the cover-up in the illusion of accountability. Survivors were left silenced while Maxwell was gifted the spotlight, turning justice into propaganda.Worse still, many in the media and commentary class framed this transcript as a form of closure. Podcasters, influencers, and columnists repeated the DOJ's narrative with an air of finality, presenting Maxwell's statements as meaningful contributions to the record. They highlighted her composure, spoke of nuance, and positioned the exchange as a step forward. In practice, this served less as analysis and more as amplification of a managed script. By portraying the transcript as progress, these voices reinforced the perception that the matter was resolved, when in reality it functioned only to shield institutions, minimize scrutiny, and reframe a cover-up as resolution.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.
“Do you think I have come to bring peace to the earth? No, I have come to divide people against each other!” (Luke 12:51 NLT) This may come as a shock to you, but the real Christmas story is not about love, peace, harmony, and gathering with family around a crackling fire. The real Christmas story is about conflict. It always has been, and it always will be. In Luke 12:51, Jesus said, “Do you think I have come to bring peace to the earth? No, I have come to divide people against each other!” (NLT). One of the most surprising passages in Scripture that deals with the subject of Christmas is Revelation 12. There we find the apostle John’s account of a woman being pursued by a powerful dragon who seeks her death. As she is preparing to give birth to a child, the dragon hovers over her, wanting to destroy the baby. The woman is a picture of Israel, the child is a picture of Jesus Christ, and the dragon is a picture of the devil. That’s Christmas from a heavenly perspective. John’s imagery in Revelation 12 gives us the big picture of what was really happening when God sent His Son into the world. The devil opposed God’s plan and wanted to stop Jesus’ birth. It’s not hard to see how that story is still playing out today, especially at this time of year. The season of giving often turns into a season of giving those who celebrate Christmas a hard time. Hostility toward Christmas seems to escalate a little more every year. More nativity scenes are being removed from public places. Christmas carols are being prohibited in more places. Podcasters and influencers who attack the Christian faith are becoming more and more popular. Many people still object to the use of the word Christmas. All these things are individual battles in the great spiritual conflict of Christmas. We can rejoice in that. Jesus said, “God blesses you when people mock you and persecute you and lie about you and say all sorts of evil things against you because you are my followers. Be happy about it! Be very glad! For a great reward awaits you in heaven. And remember, the ancient prophets were persecuted in the same way” (Matthew 5:11–12 NLT). Jesus did not come to bring an empty, feel-good peace on earth devoid of truth. Look again at the angel’s message to the shepherds on the night Christ was born. “Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased” (Luke 2:14 NLT). The peace that Jesus offers is conditional. It’s hard-earned. It requires sacrifice and purposeful choices on our part. It encourages us to live as He lived, to prioritize God’s will, and to spread His message to others. We will have peace on earth only when we’re pleasing to God. Hello to you listening in Hannover, Germany!Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Story Prompt Friday and your host, Diane Wyzga. Once upon a time long ago and far away there lived a farmer. His most treasured possession was a fine stallion. Oh my, said the neighbors: what good fortune to own such a fine horse! Perhaps, said the farmer. One night the stallion ran off in a storm. Oh no, said the neighbors, what a disaster to lose your horse! Perhaps, said the farmer. But after some time the stallion came back and following him a mare and a pony. Oh my, said the neighbors: what good fortune! You had no horses and now you have 3! Perhaps, said the farmer. One day the farmer's son galloped off on the mare, hit the branch of a tree, fell to the ground, and badly broke his leg. Neighbors found him, carried him home and said, Oh no, what a disaster for your poor son. Perhaps, said the farmer. The son was in bed with his broken leg when a tribe from the north descended on the village. Every able-bodied man and boy went out to defend their homes and farms. Many died that day. But the farmer's son who could not fight —through no fault of his own— was spared. Oh my, said the neighbors, what good fortune your son was spared! Perhaps, said the farmer. And so the old ones say that just beneath good fortune crouches disaster but always perched above disaster one finds good fortune and it is impossible to know which is really which.Story Prompt: Life shows up in such integrated complexity, how can we know whether what happens is good or bad? Are you feeling like your podcast has become a never-ending chore rather than a creative outlet? A rigid path of weekly production - without proper workflows - often leads straight to burnout. In this episode of Podcasting Unlocked, we sit down with Jacki Hayes to challenge the status quo of "hustle" podcasting. We dive deep into how to reclaim your capacity by implementing a seasonal approach, optimizing your workflow, and identifying exactly when and what to delegate. This week, episode 253 of Podcasting Unlocked is about time saving systems for podcasters! Jacki Hayes helps creative service providers build businesses that actually work—for them and their clients. She's the go-to when you're ready to stop duct-taping systems together and finally create a business that runs with more ease, clarity, and flexibility. With a sharp eye for strategy and a gift for simplifying the messy middle, Jacki supports business owners who want structure without rigidity. In this episode of Podcasting Unlocked, Jacki is sharing the importance of starting your podcast endeavor with strategy in mind and actionable steps you can take right now to implement systems that will save you time and allow you to work on other parts of your business. Jacki and I also chat about the following: Embrace the Seasonal Break: Taking intentional pauses between seasons isn't just for you—it creates anticipation for your listeners and allows you to "regroup and love your podcast again" instead of it becoming a burden .Build a Content Backlog: To avoid the pressure of weekly deadlines, aim to have a "backpocket" of recorded conversations. This buffer allows you to maintain consistency on the front end without feeling the stress of "Tuesday is coming" on the back end .Systemize Before You Delegate: Use project management tools like ClickUp and document your SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) before bringing on help. This ensures that when you do hire a virtual assistant or producer, they have a clear roadmap to follow.Personalize Your Workflow: Stop following "cookie-cutter" templates. Whether you are an early-bird perfectionist or a last-minute deadline seeker, your systems should be built around how you actually work best.Be sure to tune in to all the episodes to receive tons of practical tips on turning your podcast listeners into leads and to hear even more about the points outlined above. This conversation is a reminder that marketing does not have to feel chaotic to be effective. I joined Sam Brake Guia on his podcast Mics to Millions to unpack how I moved away from the "be everywhere" era and into a more intentional way of showing up. We talked about signature content, supporting content, and how to build a marketing strategy that works within real life constraints like limited time, energy, and attention. We also got into how I decide what actions are worth my effort, how I keep up with trends without spiraling, and the metrics I actually look at to know what's working. It's a practical, honest conversation about marketing with clarity instead of pressure. In this episode of the podcast, we talk about: What mindful marketing actually looks like in practice How to choose signature content that deserves your energy Why being everywhere leads to burnout for podcasters How to pick attraction strategies that feel easier Which metrics matter when measuring real progress …And More!
