In this episode we have a few short interview with some people/companies that stopped by our table. The first interview is with Bill Ottman from Minds.com which is an encrypted social networking site that rewards their users by getting their content to go viral. The website is an opensource platform and has over 1 million users. The Second interview is with Nan Price from InnovationHartford.com which is put on by the Hartford Metro Alliance and uses our last podcast interviewee Tim Laubacher 's LaunchEZ platforms. The last interview is with Ojala Naeem and Christopher Mazziotto from reSET. As you can remember Ojala was took the open chair in our last podcast and Chris is a program manager and works with the accelerator program at reSET. These were some quick and fun podcasts. We look forward to more of these, clearly sometimes we like to just have fun instead of being so serious.
We are back from the month long hiatus with a fun episode with Tim Laubacher who is the owner of Sound Web Solutions, LLC and who also created LaunchEZ to help 500 startups in Connecticut. Filling in our James's seat we have Ojala Naeem, Director of Operations at reSET. She may or may not have dropped a quick beat box rap! During the episode we learn about Tim's background and why he got into building his own business and also some insights into how he sees the Connecticut startup scene. Tim is a mentor in the CT startup ecosystem and is also always coming up with ideas for new businesses. He is a big fan and supporter of creating MVP (minimal viable products) and helping other companies be able to talk the talk when dealing with web and mobile developers.
