So...regarding the first few minutes of this episode. I listened back when I was editing it and decided that it would be a disservice for me to not include it, like I originally intended. If you follow me on Twitter you know that I am clinically diagnosed with depression and right now I'm at a cyclical low point, but don't worry. I'll be okay. I'll get through this one day at a time, just like I always do. And it's a testament to Spivey, Matt, and Ziggy that they understand my mental health struggles and treat me the same way they would treat anyone else; as a friend.
