At six years old, I was beaten for refusing to say I was wrong. I did not know it then, but that moment would shape almost everything that came after, including the woman who would eventually found Chara Health.I am a triple board-certified physician, founder of Chara Health, and an expert in stem cell therapy, regenerative medicine, and anti-aging treatment. This episode marks the first time I share my personal history on my own podcast: childhood abuse in China, a decade practicing psychiatry before shifting to anti-aging medicine, the ego collapse I experienced in medical school, and my decision to leave China in the early 1990s with no money, no connections, and a rejected visa. I also describe my mother's multiple myeloma diagnosis at age 43, a prognosis of only a few years, and a 32-year remission she achieved through Chinese medicine and daily aerobics after leaving chemotherapy. The episode closes with my reflection on what I believe humanity most needs to heal from. This is a more personal side of my story than I usually share here, including how I found faith after growing up an atheist in Communist China, and the identity I had to let go of in order to become who I am today. If any part of my story helps you see your own a little differently, then sharing it was worth it.I talk about:00:00 The Beating That Built Me05:00 Why My Success Felt Empty08:00 Med School Shattered My Ego11:00 Discovering My True Purpose13:00 I Said There's No God18:00 My Memoir, Tiger Of Beijing23:00 Mom Called Me Social Garbage27:00 I Married The Process30:00 My Mother Survived Cancer Naturally32:00 What We Need Healing FromAdditional ResourcesVisit My Clinic: Chara Health

Click to Subscribe: https://bit.ly/Youtube-Subscribe-SoapDirt General Hospital show that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will grapple with confusion and paranoia, while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) faces a grim return to Port Charles. As the week unfolds, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) frantically searches for answers, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) liaises with the police, and a new doctor, Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer), arrives at the hospital. GH spoilers reveal that in the 16,000th episode milestone of the ABC soap opera, Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) is caught off guard, possibly by Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure). Meanwhile, Valentine Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) converses warmly with Anna, expressing concern for her well-being. However, Anna's grip on reality is not as firm as she claims, hinting at more drama to unfold. General Hospital spoilers indicate that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is horrified by Laura Spencer's (Genie Francis) decisions, while Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) questions Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) about her future. Elizabeth's suspicions about the mysterious strokes at Willow Tait's (Katelyn MacMullen) house persist, possibly leading to a revealing conversation with the outgoing police commissioner, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). GH spoilers hint that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) struggles to find a solution to keep Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) out of prison. On the other hand, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) spills a secret, possibly concerning Cassius (Ryan Paevey), and Britt faces an interrogation from Anna about Cassius, Culm (Andrew Hawkes), and Faison's (Anders Hove) final project. More General Hospital weekly spoilers confirm that Nina confides in Brennan (Charles Mesure) about her worries, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) gives a warning to Ethan Lovett (James Ryan), and Carly draws a line in the sand with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). What happens when a nation rejects God's Word—but still wants His help? In this powerful teaching from Jeremiah 37, we confront a pattern that hasn't changed: ? Leaders reject truth ? False prophets tell people what they want to hear ?The faithful are silenced, persecuted… even imprisoned Jeremiah stood alone. Beaten. Accused of treason. Locked away. And yet—he would not compromise. This message draws a direct line from ancient Judah to today's world: Political control over the church. The rise of false teaching. A culture that wants prayer—but not repentance When truth becomes inconvenient, it gets labeled as dangerous. But God's Word doesn't change. You can burn the scroll… ? He will tell His servants: “Write it again.” ?Key Topics Covered: Jeremiah 37 explained Why false prophets thrive Spiritual compromise vs. faithfulness Persecution of true believers Babylon as a system (then and now) Why God does not hear empty prayers. You can connect with Moriel in more locations than just YouTube! (34:40) Could it be that the best team in the NHL is about to get swept out of the playoffs? That's what we see to date with the Colorado Avalanche. I'll explain how they got here and do they have any chance to turn this series around? Meanwhile, the Hurricanes escaped a 2-0 hole by winning in OT vs. the Canadiens. How will the two games North of the Border play out? (46:10) We're one third into the MLB season. I'll survey the landscape to see where we're at with all 30 clubs as we get a sense of teams that may contend and those who pretend.  (1:02:32) Is there anyone on the men's side that'll knock off Jannik Sinner at the French Open which commences today? How will the women's side unfold with a very competitive field? And MUCH MORE in between. Arsenal arrive at match 37 knowing only a win will do. Two points clear, two games left, one goal behind on goal difference — the context is everything. Gavin, Elliot, and Justin open by unpacking a lineup that raises as many questions as it answers. Havertz up top, Eze and Ødegaard in midfield together, Cristhian Mosquera at right back — it's a selection with ambition baked in, but the balance debate starts immediately. The first half is where the episode lives longest. Arsenal are dominant, chances arrive, and the hosts walk through a sequence of missed opportunities and near-misses that paint a picture of a side that should have been out of sight. Then comes the moment that defines the conversation around officiating — a foul on Saka that every player on the pitch apparently recognises, waved away, and left alone by VAR. The hosts don't let it go quickly, and nor should they. The goal, when it comes, is a set piece. Saka's delivery, Havertz rising, and a celebration that starts before the ball lands. A moment of clarity in an episode full of tension. The second half shifts the texture of the review. A Havertz challenge on Lesley Ugochukwu dominates the discussion — studs down, no force, the ref waves it on, VAR stays silent. The hosts are divided on whether fortune or officiating is the bigger factor, and the broader conversation about how referees and VAR interact becomes one of the episode's most structured debates. Two significant calls in one game, both wrong — the mechanics of why get a full airing.Burnley's physical approach and the referee's willingness to allow it runs as a thread throughout, culminating in a wider reckoning with refereeing consistency and the narrative pundits and commentators build around it.After the match is wrapped, the hosts pull back. The stats versus feelings disconnect — a dominant display that felt like a stress test — opens a broader conversation about what this Arsenal side has become, and why each win in the run-in feels harder than it should. From playing to the level of the opposition, to the gradual erosion of freedom in Arsenal's play across three seasons, to whether this is now Arteta's Premier League — the second half of the episode carries real weight. It ends on Palace. One game. Everything still to play for.Chapters:(00:00) - Arteta's Non-Negotiables & Intro(00:18) - Match Review Setup & Title Race Context(01:01) - Lineup Debate: Brave or Unbalanced?(03:39) - Arsenal's Strong Opening & Early Chances(05:55) - The Penalty That Wasn't(09:17) - 1-0 | Havertz Heads Arsenal In Front(10:35) - Half-Time Reflections & First Half Dominance(12:13) - Second Half Chances & Frustrations(13:25) - Havertz Red Card Escape(15:07) - Refereeing Standards & VAR Consistency Debate(22:47) - Burnley Physicality & Game Management(24:14) - A Win, Mosquera's Footwork & Hincapié's Moon(26:10) - Match Stats & Arsenal Control Analysis(27:28) - Pressure, Palace & Title Race Tension(28:35) - Do Arsenal Play To The Level Of The Opposition?(30:29) - The Freedom That's Gradually Gone(34:11) - Is This Arteta's Premier League?(37:39) - Will Arteta Ever Receive Full Credit?(38:45) - Fan Culture & the Emirates Transformation(41:05) - Wenger Era vs Arteta Era Supporter Culture(43:38) - Arteta's Cultural Impact On Arsenal(47:03) - Come On Bournemouth(49:41) - One Game From Glory, Two From History(50:18) - Outro

The Devil Wears Prada 2 just crushed Mortal Kombat 2 at the box office -- yeah the fashion sequel held the No. 1 spot in its second weekend with a rock-solid $43 million domestic while the new fighting game flick opened soft at $40 million stateside and a lukewarm $63 million worldwide. Miranda Priestly and the Runway crew basically told Shao Kahn to finish himself -- Prada 2 already passed the original film's entire lifetime gross, pushed Disney past $2 billion YTD, and proved once again that killer cast chemistry and timely satire still pack theaters way harder than pixelated fatalities and R-rated gore.
