This week on the Across The Pond Podcast, we have Tim Wolz as a special guest. Tim, originally from Louisville, Kentucky, has been a crucial factor in the recruitment and retention of all 9 guests who have been in the hot seat for the podcast so far. He gives a deep insight to international recruitment and how he has approached it over the years. He also reminisces on some of his favorite soccer memories from his 25+ years of college soccer coaching. 

This week on the Across The Pond Podcast, we have Pol Marco from Barcelona, Spain in the hot seat. Pol talks about his frantic journey to the states landing him in Talledega, Alabama before transferring to Midway University in Kentucky. He talks compares his experiences between the 2 universities he attended, with some very honest and analytical perspective on his experiences, along with some good soccer and party stories along the way. 

This week on the Across The Pond Podcast, we sit down with Krzysztof Rapacz from Manchester England. Stoff talks about his journey through First Point USA to Springfield, Kentucky and also talks about his transition to Kentucky Wesleyan in Owensboro, Kentucky. Stoff gives a really good insight to his thought process through his journey, some fond soccer memories as well as some great advice and experience from his time during and after college. 

This week on the Across The Pond Podcast, we are joined by Marvin Wesselburg from Essen, Germany. Marvin speaks about his journey, through agency recruitment, to ending up in Springfield, Kentucky. He speaks fondly of his playing days, some memorable games and goals, as well as talking about his brilliant opportunity down in West Palm Beach, where he currently resides.

Brad came over in 2014 after playing centre of excellence football for both Nottingham Forest and Boston United. After spending 1 year at St Catharine before finishing up at Midway, he talks fondly of his memories across the pond. Callum also talks about his transformation as an individual over his four years in college, some of the worldies he scored, and also talks a lot about the extra curricular activities within the squad. May contain some bad language.
