So you have found the job of your dreams. You are one step closer, but now you need to wow your way into employment! As an undergrad and post grad student, Chelsea was very proactive in her approach to finding the perfect job for her. This was ultimately what enabled her to also secure a private practice job in a clinic in which she STILL remains friends with her ex-colleagues. A few things Amelia did was: - hospitality work from 13 y/o through - volunteered and competed in surf lifesaving for many years - completed sports trainer and personal trainer qualifications - overseas placement opportunities - physiotherapy receptionist paid work - paid work as NEAFL sports trainer - created and ran university organisation and events - presented research findings at overseas conference - experienced 2 x spinal surgeries and the rehabilitation required for both - maintained contact with clinicians and clinic owners who she had met along her pathway In addition to this, you can also take on board some of the tips and tricks that both Amelia and Chelsea share in today's episode.
