Nick is a lifelong resident of Arlington and has spent the past 10 years assisting food and beverage entrepreneurs in the DMV by providing venture capital and industry expertise. Some of Mothersauces partners include: Thompson Italian, The Renegade, Hungry, and their newest venture “The Freshman”. During our conversation we discuss how Arlington has changed over the years, Nick and his partners experience dealing with the Covid - 19 pandemic, some of the macro trends in the industry as a whole, and the recent protests that have impacted the country.
