On this episode we jump into his depth story of how our guy Coach Chris got started in fitness, the journey it's taken to grow to where he is and hopes for the future with serving his community to be happy, healthy and strong.

Very excited because for the first time in three years, since I started in the fitness industry, I get an opportunity to see what I can do with a little space of my own. This is a major stepping stone and opportunity before getting our first facility “The Beast Of The Bay Strength & Empowerment Center”. I talk about this 20th year since my mom passed about of a heart attack in her sleep at the age of 29 years old, bouts with depression and impact of family trauma.
