Most of us go through life feeling that something is fundamentally wrong with us. That we're not capable of achieving our dreams. That we're worse than others. That we're simply not enough. Ever since we became emotionally wounded as little children, we feel that something inside of us is broken and can't be fixed. This leads to us feeing unworthy of love and belonging, and makes us wear masks and close our hearts. In this episode, we discuss the importance of shadow work - and shining the light on the root cause of low vibration emotions such as shame, fear and jealousy - in order to heal. Seeing your patterns and acknowledging them can be hard, but there's no way around it if we want to feel free and truly alive. Don’t miss new episodes! Our brain processes 40 bits of information per second but our nervous system, which includes a cluster of nerves around our heart and gut, processes 11 million (!) bits of information per second – which means our bodies are much wiser than our minds. In fact, learning to read the signals our body is sending to us can give us all the information we need to start living our best lives. For this, we need to literally get out of our heads, and start listening to our hearts and guts. In this episode, Veronica and Olena talk about the importance of learning to listen to the language of our body sensations (also known as intuition), and start using it as a compass to navigate all decisions we have to make in life. You'll learn a tool that will help you tune into your body sensations and use them as your action signals. Don’t miss new episodes! Subscribe to this podcast and follow @by_podcast on Instagram
