In the final episode of the season, I pose a question to listeners—do your actions reflect what you care about? In asking this question, I share two of the organizations that helped to align the choices I make about where I get my food with my values in the hope that for those out there, looking for tangible actions to take, these organizations will provide a path.

    Introducing Community Returns

A new podcast about paying attention, investing in our communities, and creating a better world. In this first season, I'll discuss a critical part of our communities—food. I'm not an expert on food, but instead a curious, community member, interested in finding ways to create a more sustainable world. Through that lens, I'll look into the food systems that enrich or deplete our communities and reveal ways that all of us can be better stewards for our homes and neighbors. I'll talk to farmers, organizers, restaurants, and community gardens about our local food cultures and work to answer the question, “How can we train our attention on our communities and the food we eat to support healthier and more balanced lives?” Join me and subscribe to the newsletter at communityreturns.show
