In Episode 14, we talk with Victoria Adams, author of Redefining Job and the Conundrum of Suffering. In her book Victoria covers attitudes toward suffering from the ancient Greek and Persian civilizations, through pre-Renaissance scholars, the Eighteenth Century Enlightenment, and on through our own contemporary time. She covers fictional works in addition to straight prose to tease out practical responses we might have in light of the horrible things happening today. Victoria also shares some of her other writings and what she's working on next.

Scott Brookman has been writing and recording tuneful pop songs since the mid-80’s. Music from one of his CDs was used extensively in the PBS Kids show, Dragonfly TV. He also wrote an original song used in the film Golfballs. In this episode, Ginger and Scott discuss the ideas behind his music.
Amelia Empson is a musician, guitarist, and song writer. She performs solo and in a band before live audiences, and will be releasing her first album in December 2019. Amelia is a deep thinker who also draws inspiration from being close to nature on long walks and with her creative friends. Lucinda Jackson is a successful scientist and corporate executive who has weathered and overcome cultural and deliberate bias against women in STEM fields. In Episode 10 we talk with Lucinda about her book Just A Girl, Growing Up Female and Ambitious, which is a compelling account of her first hand experiences with abusive behavior in business and society. More than just calling out unjustifiable wrongs, Lucinda offers a solution in the form of boys’ and men’s liberation (BAML), an approach to free everyone from social role stereotypes and to lead fuller lives.
Philip Diffenderfer is a developer who works on web applications, mobile apps, and interactives with game components, and by night works on woodworking, woodburning, his own business doing web, game, and mobile development, and has a life goal of recreating the Hobbit Hole Bag End.
Charlie Wells is a writer of dramatic horror. In this episode, we talk with Charlie about the production of his title “Keep Your Eyes on the Road” that was produced on the The NoSleep Podcast. Charlie and Mark also informally perform a very small bit of one of Charlie's unpublished works. Settle in for an entertaining episode that includes advice to writers working to publish in this genre.
Vijay-Kumar Solanki is an accomplished musician and educator in western Maryland US. With a holistic approach to audio/video production and eLearning development, he has several instructive videos on YouTube and coaches students in music and its production.
