    In another exciting episode of 'Cross County Lines, we bring on Andrew Graham. Andrew is currently the musical director of 'The Book of Mormon' national tour. He's also done this for other big shows including 'Wicked' and 'Avenue Q'. We pick his brain about the transition from small town living to conducting professional theater productions all over the country (and world). Through his personal stories, we discuss what it takes to "get out of a small town" and "make it big", along with some personal advice for aspiring musicians.

We discuss why she comes back to the region, what changes have happened since she's left, and what changes she would like to see to create an upswing in Appalachia!
