In a little over a week the 98th Academy Awards will take place in Los Angeles. Many of the categories are looking like a toss up but it will be a shock if the Best Leading Actress goes to anyone other than Jessie Buckley for her devastating performance in Hamnet. Having just won variations of best leading lady at the Critics Choice Awards, the SAG Actor Awards, the BAFTAs, and the Golden Globes, Buckley is on a roll. Earlier in the week, Buckley sat down with guest hosts Taylor Antrim and Marley Marius ahead of today's theatrical release of The Bride! In creating this retelling of the Bride of Frankenstein, Buckley spoke about the challenge of finding her character. “It was such a huge undertaking to really create three individual personalities and metabolize them and have them be in conversation with myself.” The film was also incredibly physical and required that she learn tap and gaga dancing for the role. Buckley had worked previously with Maggie Gyllenhaal in The Lost Daughter, who she described as one of the most important women in her life. “Maggie has a real vision and there's so much intention behind what she's trying to say with her stories and why she's choosing to tell a story at all,” Buckley told The Run-Through, “I think what she asks all of her actors and herself is to ask the question that's gonna challenge you.”With her daughter on the road with her for this press tour, Buckley toggles quickly between “changing a nappy” and putting a red carpet dress on. The combination of being thrust into the spotlight and being a new mother has changed her relationship with fashion. Now working with stylist to the stars Danielle Goldberg, she feels empowered to let herself feel seen in her changing body. “Right at the beginning she was like, I just wanna see you. And I felt like I could breathe for the first time.” Also on the episode, The Run-Through gets an exclusive behind-the-scenes pass at the Rick Owens and Isabel Marant shows. Between getting their makeup done and getting their clothes on, Alex Consani and Mona Touggard chat about how they make time to read despite the chaos that happens backstage. Plus, Rick Owens himself reveals the inspiration by his collection. The Run-Through with Vogue is your go-to podcast where fashion meets culture. Hosted by Chloe Malle, Head of Editorial Content, Vogue U.S.; Chioma Nnadi, Head of British Vogue; and Nicole Phelps, Director of Vogue Runway, each episode features the latest fashion news and exclusive designer and celebrity interviews. What does it take to scale disability inclusion across an entire workforce? In this episode, National Organization on Disability leaders Beth Sirull and Sara Walsh explain how the EnAble Learning digital training system helps organizations embed inclusion, adaptability, and workforce readiness into their everyday operations.Show Notes:Beth Sirull and Sara Walsh of the National Organization on Disability share how their new EnAble Learning courses are helping organizations of all sizes create welcoming, productive workplaces through engaging, accessible online training. Here are some of their key points:Disability inclusion is a business imperative, not philanthropy. Beth Sirull shared that companies fully integrating disability inclusion hire twice as many people with disabilities—and promote five times as many—demonstrating measurable business impact. Most disabilities are invisible—and often undisclosed. Beth emphasized that the majority of disabilities are not visible, and disclosure rates are low due to stigma, making proactive inclusion essential.Scalable, on-demand training increases access and impact. Sara Walsh explained that EnAble Learning was created to make high-quality disability inclusion training accessible to organizations of all sizes, especially those unable to support in-person sessions.Engagement and relevance were non-negotiable in the digital experience. Sara noted that the courses were intentionally designed to be interactive, practical, and manager-focused—avoiding “click-through” compliance training in favor of meaningful learning.Inclusion benefits everyone—and anyone can join the disability community at any time. Sara pointed out that disability is a community anyone may become part of at any stage of life, reinforcing why inclusive practices matter across the entire workforce.Learn more about National Organization on Disability's enAble LearningPowered by Learning earned Awards of Distinction in the Podcast/Audio and Business Podcast categories from The Communicator Awards and a Gold and Silver Davey Award. Send a textPower without competence looks the same on a warehouse floor as it does on an NFL sideline. We open with everyday leadership—those “leads in training” who get the title but not the respect—and use it to frame a bigger sports question: when do names, roles, and reputations actually translate to trust? From there, we dive into a full Falcons reset: the Cousins contract autopsy, what “bad” really means when a bet fails, and the live decision facing Atlanta—double down on Michael Penix Jr. or press the gas with a proven starter like Kyler, Tua, or even Flacco. We challenge the sacred cow that the quarterback must be the franchise's north star, and unpack how accountability, body language, and scheme fit matter more than slogans.Culture threads through everything. Cleveland's low player grade for Kevin Stefanski sparks a wider look at how much is coach, how much is ownership, and why free agency choices will tell the truth. Then it's over to the NBA, where the Hawks' uneven year, injuries, and roster churn set the stage for Jonathan Kuminga's immediate impact. Talent didn't appear out of nowhere; the fit did. That leads us straight into the MVP cage match: best player versus most valuable player. We weigh Jokic's historic dominance, SGA's steadying force, and Cade's irreplaceability case while pushing back on stat-chasing and media-led narratives. Awards need evidence tied to winning, context, and who keeps a team's floor from collapsing. The final turn is personal. News of strikes near Bahrain isn't a headline for us; it's a map of places we lived, ate, and walked. That proximity shifts how we talk about war, service, and who bears the cost when powerful people make imperfect decisions. Sports can feel like an escape, but the same truths apply: strong systems beat loud speeches, clear roles beat big titles, and real leadership shows up when pressure is highest. If you're here for honest football talk, sharp NBA takes, and a human lens on what headlines miss, you're in the right place. If this hit home or challenged your thinking, follow the show, share it with a friend, and drop a review telling us what “leadership” means to you.Support the show

The Ellison family has made an extended political push, as well as a financial push to raise the offer enough to secure the chance to purchase the studio and all the intellectual property included. Netflix is also expected to walk away with a $2.8 billion dollar termination fee, paid by Paramount. On an investor call on Monday, David Ellison confirmed that eventually, HBOMax and Paramount+ will merge into one streaming platform.‘Twas two weeks before the Oscars and during awards season, Sinners took a surprise award home and we don't care for what reason! A bizarre “Jim Carrey clone” conspiracy erupted online after his César Awards appearance, fueled by a decades‑old decoy clip and a drag artist’s joking Instagram post claiming to impersonate him. In reality, Carrey was genuinely at the ceremony with family, and rumors spiraled only because some fans thought he looked “different” in footage from the event. On this episode of the MalloryBros. Podcast, the bros kick things off with a Weekend Recap before diving into the NAACP Image Awards and why this year's show felt like a real moment. They also discuss Michael B. Jordan's SAG win, the continued momentum around Sinners, and what these wins really mean to the culture. The conversation shifts to T.I. vs. 50. The guys share their thoughts on the songs, the beef, and the state of hip-hop, and whether the genre is still creatively stuck in the past. They react to the surprisingly solid Scary Movie 6 trailer, break down the latest shake-up in Hollywood as Paramount acquires Warner Bros. Then they have some fun with Terrell having Terrance rank black sex symbols from popular films over the years. Later, the bros unpack the Michael Rainey Jr. / Paige Hurd situation, react to the bizarre Jim Carrey clone discussion, and close with a movie suggestion of the week! Katey and Chris Rosen dissect the genuine surprises from the Actor Awards, the Sinners surge, and why this is all good for Wagner Moura, too. Then they dig into the 15 films nominated across the three short film categories, and try to predict who might win — though be warned, watching the shorts is sometimes incredibly unhelpful for actually predicting who will win. Spring hits… and suddenly everything feels loud. New listings. Awards. "Sold in one day!" posts. Agent tours. Realtor prom season. And before you know it, you're questioning everything. Why does everyone else look busier than me? Should I be doing more? Am I behind? In this episode, we're talking about the Realtor Comparison Trap and the mindset shift you need this spring to protect your confidence, your peace, and your professionalism. Spring is a naturally busy season in real estate. But it's also the season where comparison creeps in hard. Between awards ceremonies, fresh listings popping up daily, and social media highlight reels, it's easy to feel like you're either behind… or not doing enough. Here's what we cover in this episode: Why spring market noise can mess with your mindset Realtor prom season and the awards comparison spiral How to reframe other agents' success (community over competition) Preparing your systems before busy hits What NOT to add to your plate just because others are doing it A powerful mindset trick for driving past someone else's listing sign Cleaning up your social media algorithm to protect your peace How to post professionally without hurting the Realtor brand Why being present in your office can create unexpected opportunity A refreshing buyer story that proves timing and priorities matter Truthfully, comparison is internal. If someone's marketing makes you spiral, that's your cue to check your mindset, not attack theirs. This is your permission slip to: - Mute what doesn't serve you - Protect your boundaries - Focus on your systems - Stay in your lane - Celebrate other agents without shrinking yourself The spring market doesn't require panic. It requires preparation. And a healthy mindset. You're not behind. You're building. Key Quotes & Takeaways Katy: "Every sign that isn't mine means the market is moving. That's a good thing." Alissa: "If someone's marketing messes with your mindset, that's your cue to look inward." Katy: "We don't need to throw away great to try out good." Katy: "Busy doesn't always mean better. Prepared is better."
