Have we put all of God's Grace in our basket or are there limits to what we will believe about the fullness of all that Jesus paid for on the cross? THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLYIn the book of Galatians chapter 1 verses 6-9, the Apostle Paul made the statement" I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed." It is possible that we as believers could be believing a different gospel than what the Apostle Paul preached. Recently, the Body of Christ (the church) has been awakening to a fresh understanding of the work of Jesus Christ on the cross. Old mindsets are being challenged on subjects ranging from how we do church to how we do politics. The premise that Christianity and Americanism are synonymous and walk hand in hand are just plain false. In light of the recent presidential election, we see clearly that the America of our forefathers is not the America of today and the gospel that has been preached here is just the OK news rather than the great news.
