Her resiliency led her to FleishmanHillard, where she serves as the Americas co-lead of financial and professional services.

Candace Peterson is known for serving up creative solutions that set the bar and are often unmatched. Her colleagues say she’s an ace. Candace has always been one to aim high – from setting up serves as a high school student in the U.S. Open to dedicating a melanoma research fund in honor of her daughter. She’s spent more than 20 years connecting clients to breakthrough solutions, and now serves as FleishmanHillard’s global managing director of brand marketing.

Chris Onderstall is wise beyond his years. He led FH Johannesburg office’s digital efforts; he’s a PR Week 30 under 30 honoree; and he has led a number of award-winning campaigns for Fortune 500 clients … all before the age of 32. Some might call him a magician … which he actually was at one point. Today, he leads the creative studio for FH Fishburn and is a leader on the global social and innovation team.

Public relations, at its very core, is about storytelling. So, of course, it makes sense that a film and fiction writer would be well suited for agency life. Right?
