Y'all I am so very sorry I couldn't bring the bed episode out of me today. The Vaccine decided to really tap me into oblivion and I barely mustarded the strength to do this episode. Just for the month of april I will be taking a break to come back refreshed and rejuvenated. I have so many ideas and so much content planned for you guys coming in May through July. I actually have these breaks planned after every three months of podcasting! Starting a new chapter in my life, I took the time to reflect on my birthday this year and how it was disappointing, but ultimately instrumental and helping me progress forward in my life. Main takeaway I've learned is celebrate yourself because no one else will.

Still I am willing and able to try and evolve past my horrid tendencies when it comes to love and relationships. If you liked to share, I'd love to hear about a time when you had a big crush. Did it work out or did it not work out? In what ways did you grow? Also keep a damn journal yall. Its so beautiful to return to your own very words and experience the emotions you felt at the time.

Part 3 in this telling of my first major male crush, I go over the ending of a powerful connection I had with a young man. I will be giving a 10 year look back to this confusing, disappointing, and beautiful time in the next episode. Enjoy we jokingly wrap up this monumental time in my life. So happy to have been able to share this with you guys.

This episode provides a lot of the backstory to the bonus episode titled 'Why Did I Write This Letter?'. 10 years ago I was caught in the rapture of my first real unrequited love. That moment in time really shaped so much of how I pursued relationships going forward. Also was the first time I experienced a deep level of heart break. Many lessons were learned and beautiful raw emotions were born from this experience. I think I will always love going back in thought to explore that innocent and hopeful time.
