Practicing gratitude in the morning can have a positive impact on the rest of your day... and life! When you embrace what is going well and what you have to be grateful for, it sets you up mentally to have a great day.
Visualizing your day in the morning, will prepare you mentally and emotionally for the day. By visualizing and running through your day in your head, you prepare your mind and body for what is about to happen. Fear kicks in when we experience something new or unfamiliar. By visualizing the new and/or unfamiliar, we set ourselves up for what is about to happen and how we want it to work out. This puts you in a place of confidence and you can take action quickly.
