What does it mean to be Healed and Healthy? From living in a scarcity mindset, resigning myself to being overweight to being a bright and abundant light for others. It all starts with healing, once you’ve healed the relationship with yourself, your health goals will manifest right before your eyes.

Y'all, I got vibe checked by the universe! Right as I was about to have my interview with my soul sister, right after I was feeling good about my latest episode on Spiritual Healing. I break down the vibe check, my gut instinct to clap back, and the path I chose to take instead.
In this episode, I make good on a promise that I would be open about my spiritual journey. In order to understand the spiritual journey I'm on now, I felt it was important to be open about my past spiritually. I was raised in a very tight knit, Religious community that held the rules and way of life above all. Naturally there was a lot of stuff for me to unpack in this episode so I could give you a accurate detailing of the healing I had to do in order to feel safe exploring spiritual beliefs that were different than what I experienced. Healing is not linear, but healing is mandatory if you want to expand & truly be your best version of yourself.
In this episode I interview one of my friends Teanna Who is so graciously opens her heart and tells us about her journey on healing and being healthy. This episode is Teanna baring her soul to us and being so incredibly vulnerable about all things recovery, weight loss, relationships, and being ready to make a change. She said it perfectly during the episode, "you cannot outrun things you're not ready to leave behind". Teanna's story is so powerful for so many reasons, she is genuinely a beacon of hope and a reminder that we are strong enough to do hard things.

In this episode I am simply explaining my first introduction to affirmations, how I made an affirmation card deck, and that I'm sharing with you some of my favorite affirmations that are in my deck.
