I got tendonitis in my elbow from wood chopping.I tried to heal it with ice, frequencies (Rife generator), stretching, and massage. But I could not heal it, and it became chronic within a year. Whenever I strained my arm, it started again. Now, I have healed it.MassageMassage the entire arm with this castor oil blend:- 60–70% castor oil- 20–30% DMSO- 10% black seed oil or clove oilDo this 3 to 5 times per day. Focus on the area of pain or the problem while you massage, but be gentle.StretchingAlways stretch your arm when you have pain. Stretch the arm with the help of your other arm. Bend your hand 90 degrees upward and stretch your straight arm, then bend your hand 90 degrees downward and stretch your straight arm again.Pain is gone. Now comes the magic!!!Take 1 teaspoon of moringa powder with your food, 3 to 5 times per day. Moringa powder heals bone and joint inflammation and is used for that in Ayurveda.Take 2 black seed oil capsules per day—best is 1000mg from Now. Never ever trust unbranded or unknown herb capsules. I only take herbs from Now or Double Swords.- The first capsule you take on an empty stomach in the morning, and you don't eat anything for 30 minutes.- The second capsule you take at night, 2 hours after your dinner, and you don't eat anything afterward. You can drink moringa with water, black ginger, lemon, and honey.Black ginger is also very good. It heals inflammation and is also an aphrodisiac, but it is hard to get. It tastes and smells like bitter medicine, yet it feels so good in the stomach. Just 1–2 grams of black ginger with lemon and honey. It heals inflammation and has been used for centuries in Thai and Chinese medicine.Have patience—it takes time to heal. But you will feel the difference in days.Always consult a doctor and check your tendinitis. My Video: How I Healed My Tendonitis? https://youtu.be/Slc93-IxNrAMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/How-I-Healed-My-Tendonitis.mp3

On this episode of The Jon Gordon Podcast, I sit down with Dr. John Gildea—a pioneering researcher on gut health, soil and healing. Our conversation goes deeper than science, tracing Dr. Gildea's unlikely journey from the lab at the University of Virginia to becoming an integral voice in the movement to restore health through soil-based nutrition. Dr. Gildea shares how his partnership with Dr. Zach Bush set him on the path to groundbreaking discoveries in gut health. Together, we discuss the debilitating personal battle I faced with gut issues for over a decade, and how his research and soil-derived formula became the catalyst for my healing—a story echoed by countless others. Throughout the episode, we unpack the science behind gut barriers, explain how environmental toxins like glyphosate disrupt our health, and reveal why reconnecting to nature's intelligence can help the body heal itself from the inside out. Dr. Gildea demystifies the complex processes at play, explaining the pivotal role of NRF2 and the remarkable results he's witnessed firsthand—even in the most challenging cases. Whether you're struggling with chronic gut issues, curious about the root causes of inflammation, or seeking hope for true health, this conversation is a testament to breakthrough science and the power of nature's solutions. Welcome, gorgeous souls, to Episode 434 of Aligned Abundance! ✨In this episode, I'm diving into something I feel so passionate about: authenticity. Not just as a concept, but as a vibration and why being truly, unapologetically yourself is the only energy that will manifest your deepest desires. After a powerful download at the Chalice Well in Glastonbury, I realised how much of modern life has become performative. We view sacred moments through our phones, outsource our power to comparison and AI, and chase goals that aren't even ours. And all of it slowly disconnects us from the very vibration that attracts abundance. In this episode, I'm sharing:Why authenticity is the root of manifestation (and why you can't fake it to the Universe)How comparison and the need for external validation keeps you out of alignmentThe link between ego, value and why we perform our lives rather than live themHow to give yourself permission to express your authentic self, starting right now This is your invitation to slow down, come back to yourself and trust that your authentic energy is more than enough

Michele Scarlet sits down with RN, Nurse Practitioner, and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner Connie Wade for an honest conversation about what 25 years inside the emergency room taught her about the limits of conventional medicine, why her own doctor told her she was not "sick enough" to treat, and how she finally healed the symptoms she had been "swiping away" for years. In this powerful Health Detective Podcast episode, Connie shares her personal journey through psoriasis, debilitating joint pain at 48, chronic reflux, daily ibuprofen use, estrogen dominance, heavy painful periods, more than 20 years of night shift, H. pylori, an overwhelmed liver and gallbladder, food sensitivities to her favorite foods, and a depleted gut microbiome. Together, Michele and Connie unpack how functional lab testing gave Connie the vindication she had been looking for, why she healed in three months once she addressed the root causes, and why she chose to keep working in the ER while building her functional health practice on the side. This episode dives deep into: Why her doctor said "she wasn't sick enough" and sent her home with ibuprofen The functional labs that finally explained her symptoms after years of being dismissed How 20 plus years of night shift flatlined her cortisol and disrupted her hormones H. pylori, food sensitivities, and the gut findings that changed everything Why psoriasis, joint pain, and heavy periods are not just "normal aging" The reframe that helped Connie cut gluten, sugar, and dairy without feeling deprived Why so many nurses are leaving bedside nursing and the third option most do not consider How to build a functional nursing side practice without leaving your license or your job Why going all in or all out of conventional medicine limits your reach as a clinician The four simple daily practices Connie recommends to every patient How to ask your family for support when you start your healing journey Michele and Connie also discuss why the body is constantly trying to send messages, why most of us swipe them away for years, and why functional lab testing catches dysfunction long before conventional labs ever turn "abnormal." If you are a woman struggling with joint pain, psoriasis, hormone imbalance, or symptoms your doctor keeps dismissing, or you are a nurse, NP, or clinician quietly exploring functional medicine as a career path, this episode will change how you view your body and what is possible.

You've meditated. You've journaled. You've done the work. So why do you still feel stuck? If that question hits a nerve, this episode is for you. Master Mingtong Gu has a clear and somewhat unsettling answer, and it has nothing to do with your mindset. About This Episode Master Mingtong Gu trained at a real hospital in China where the only prescription was energy, no medicine, no surgery, no supplements, just Qigong practice, all day, every day. The results were documented. The patients were real. And the conditions being healed were the kind conventional medicine had already given up on. In this conversation, Will and Karen sit down with Master Gu to explore what Wisdom Healing Qigong actually is, why most of us are spiritually "trying" from the neck up while completely bypassing the body, and what that disconnect costs us in an age increasingly dominated by AI. His core argument is simple and hard to shake: the gap between knowing something and actually living it doesn't live in your mind. It lives in your body. What You'll DiscoverWhy "incurable" is a statement about a doctor's limits, not yours, and what Master Gu says that means for your healingThe two patterns of energy that explain chronic stress, anxiety, and physical tension in one framework, and why "negative energy" might be the wrong lens entirelyWhat 8 to 10 hours of daily Qigong practice at the medicine-less hospital actually looked like, and why the intensity matteredThe surprising reason group practice produces results that solo practice can't replicate, including what a 30-day energy measurement study foundWhy the AI conversation isn't just about technology. it's about whether we're choosing to remain humanA short embodiment practice Master Gu leads mid-episode that you can do right now, hands on chest, no experience requiredThis Episode Hits Differently If... You've explored meditation, energy healing, or spiritual awakening and still feel a gap between the concept and the actual lived experience. Master Gu doesn't offer another belief system. He offers a way back into your body, where he says the real work, and the real medicine, has been waiting all along. Listen. Basilica of Santa Margherita — the big church perched high above Cortona. From down in the valley, it almost seems to float above the town. This church is dedicated to Margaret of Cortona. Margaret is unlike any other saint you will likely ever hear about. Her story is fascinating and dramatic. If you were choosing the story of a woman to become a saint known for her faith in Jesus, this would not be the chosen one. But, thankfully God doesn't choose as we would choose. He never dismisses us because of our past. Our shame or guilt is never beyond his touch of redemption. His good plans for us still stand even when we have done our best to mess them up. Margaret of Cortona's body rests in a sealed tomb behind glass within the church high on the hill above the Tuscan town of Cortona. Yes, a corpse now 729 years old on display. I've never seen anything like it. But it wasn't her preserved body that has left me in awe – it's her story. Margaret was born in 1247 in rural Tuscany, in a tiny village near Cortona. Her mother died when she was young, and much like a Cinderella story she was then under the rule of a mean stepmother. As a teenager, she ran away with a wealthy nobleman named Arsenio. They lived together for years and had a son, but they were never married — quite scandalous by the standards of the time. They never married and Margaret had decided she would be okay with that since being Arsenio's mistress afforded her a life of luxury and wealth. She was attached to her new lifestyle and she build her identity around a relationship with a man that wasn't honorable. Hmmmm … not so saintly, huh? Then came the event that changed everything. One day Arsenio never returned home. Margaret followed his dog into the woods, which led her to his murdered body. The shock shattered her old life. Yes, her old life of luxury. Her old life of wealth. And her old life of being the mistress that had settled for a life that fell so short of God's standards. After the death of Arsenio, Margaret left everything behind and went back to Cortona in deep grief and repentance. She knew the life she had been living was wrong and she wanted to make it right. At first she was rejected — even by family — but eventually the Franciscans took her in as someone who wanted to repent and do better. She became deeply spiritual, seeking God's way instead of her own. But what made her beloved wasn't just repentance; it was what she did afterward. Margaret devoted herself to the poor, the sick, and the outcast. She founded a hospital in Cortona and became known for fierce compassion and being in the presence miraculous acts of God. Margaret's story reminds us you can have grief, you can carry shame, and God can still use you in powerful ways. In the hands of God, that's a life that can reach other lost souls who feel distant. Her troubled past is still being used today, 729 years after her death to reach others with a troubled past. She was often compared to Mary Magdalene of the Bible. Remember Mary Magdalene – the woman no one else would have chosen, but Jesus chose her as one of his closest followers. Luke 8:2, “Jesus took his 12 disciples with him, along with some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases. Among them was Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out 7 demons.” It's often thought Mary Magdalene is the sinful woman seen anointing the feet of Jesus in Luke 7. A woman believed to have been a prostitue. A woman who simply needed healing from all the enemy had used to destroy her in the past. Mary Magdalene was deeply afflicted and Jesus freed her. And afterwards, she devoted her entire life to him. She was at the cross when Jesus was crucified. She was the first one Jesus appeared to after his resurrection. She was the woman with an imperfect past that was chosen personally by Jesus. AND THE SAME IS TRUE FOR YOU AND I. CHOSEN. REDEEMED. HEALED. SET APART TO NOW DO SOMETHING GOOD WITH OUR LIVES. You may think certain things disqualified you, but God says surrendered things become powerful things. Your past does not cancel your purpose. Your story still belongs in the hands of a redeeming God. God wants to use ALL of your story — not just the polished parts. The healed parts. The overcoming parts. The still-growing parts. Stop believing you have to be perfect to be used by God. This week on Beyond the Letter, Adam and Sammy react to a clip of Theo Von reading John 5 and getting hit with one haunting question: “Do you want to be healed?” They unpack how it's possible to want change… but still cling to the patterns that keep us stuck. They also break down what Jesus' command to “pick up your mat and walk” actually costs—identity, comfort, excuses, and sometimes even the “benefits” we've learned to live off of. If you've ever felt like healing sounds good in theory, but terrifying in practice, this conversation will challenge you in the best way.--Connect with:Adam Mesa https://www.instagram.com/amesa/Sammy Rodriguez https://www.instagram.com/samuelmrod/--Don't forget to stay connected with us:Youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4OvpFp9OB9_DgVdVVbXhFgInstagram https://www.instagram.com/beyond.theletter/Tik Tok https://www.tiktok.com/discover/beyond-the-letter--Have a question? "He looked at me, and said, "Go ahead and get up and walk towards the door." I got up and started to walk. I didn't even need to reach the door. All the pain was gone. I busted out crying. I knew that I was healed." ---------- Aaron reaching out during Pentecost week feels fitting somehow. Pentecost marks the birth of the Church and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit into the world -- an outpouring still seen today through miraculous healings, answered prayers, prophetic gifts, and lives transformed in unexpected ways. Aaron's story includes the healing of his sciatica after prayers from Dr. Issam Nemeh, whose ministry was also central to my very first podcast, Blind Faith Live. When you see another believer fail to receive healing, especially after they have been praying for it, it can really cause doubt. Recording on the road at the Canadian Biblical Counseling Coalition in Oakville, Ontario, Michael interviews biblical counselor Alysia Whiteside of Deep Roots Biblical Counseling. Whiteside shares her conversion in 2018, her interrupted plans to pursue medicine amid severe ulcerative colitis, multiple surgeries, and a permanent ileostomy, and how God redirected her into biblical counseling training and certifications. Her breakout topic, “Held But Not Yet Healed: Christ in the Midst of Physical and Mental Suffering,” frames chronic illness as “embodied suffering” that integrates physical, mental, and spiritual burdens and raises the question of who God is when healing does not come. Using Psalm 13, she explains a lament framework—turn, complain, ask, trust—leading to praise, emphasizing the “already but not yet” tension of hope amid suffering and encouraging sufferers and caregivers to write their own laments to rehearse God's character and respond faithfully.00:00 Welcome and Road Update01:30 Meet Alysia Whiteside02:26 Her Health Journey and Calling04:30 Training and Narsegesis06:14 Held But Not Yet Healed06:34 Reading Psalm 1308:29 Embodied Suffering and Hope12:18 Lament Framework Explained14:57 Trust and Gods Hesed19:05 Counseling the Stuck20:57 Write Your Own Lament23:26 Singing Joy in Suffering26:12 Encouragement for Chronic Pain27:16 Final Thanks and Wrap UpEpisode MentionsDeep Roots Biblical Counseling

After a serious heart attack with no conventional warning signs, Dr. John Kim went searching for answers. He was shocked to find what conventional testing never unearthed: he was unknowingly fighting a Bartonella infection, a heavy mycotoxin load and parasites. This was when the pharmacist turned functional medicine practitioner learned the role cellular energy plays in health breakdowns, and, vitally, in healing. In this episode, you'll learn about cell-danger response and the connection between biotoxins and mitochondrial dysfunction (did you know if your cells are healthy they repel parasites?!). Dr. Kim shares his best tips for cellular healing (butyrate, phospholipids and sunlight) and walks us through the steps he takes his own clients through: taking stock of your individual environment, healing your nervous system, detox pathways, strengthening the microbiome, and building resilience so you can live your life. When a clip of comedian and podcast host Theo Von went viral for his raw, unfiltered reflection on healing, identity, and addiction recovery, something in it resonated far beyond the recovery community. In the clip, Theo references the story of the crippled man at the Pool of Bethesda in John 5 — and pauses on the question Jesus asked: "Do you want to be healed?" He reflects that being healed means a new story, a different identity. And that as much as we say we want freedom, the old story — even a broken one — is familiar. And familiar can feel safer than free. In this episode of Aligned Vitality, Tanya responds to that clip with the full theological and practical weight it deserves — because Theo had the answer. He just didn't know it. This episode explores the story in John 5 with fresh eyes, unpacks the human psychology of identity and old stories, and brings the conversation home for women navigating not just personal patterns, but health struggles that have quietly become part of who they are. Through a functional health and faith lens, Tanya asks the same question Jesus asked — and invites you to answer honestly. In This Episode You'll Learn: The story of the Pool of Bethesda — and the detail most people overlook Why Jesus asked "Do you want to be healed?" — and why the man's response matters What Theo Von got profoundly right about healing, identity, and the fear of a new story How the question "do you want to be well?" applies to more than addiction The patterns high-capacity women build their identities around — and why letting go is scary How chronic health struggles can quietly become part of our identity What Theo's approach to prayer can teach us about bringing ambivalence to God What healing actually requires — and why transformation is a new story, not just a fixed one A practical and honest approach to inviting Jesus into the broken and familiar places Scripture Referenced John 5:1–15 — The healing at the Pool of Bethesda John 5:6 — "Do you want to get well?" John 5:8 — "Get up! Pick up your mat and walk." John 15:5 — "I am the vine; you are the branches… apart from me you can do nothing." Key Takeaway You don't have to come to Jesus with a clean yes. You come with your honest, ambivalent, afraid-of-the-new-story self — and invite Him in. That honesty is the open door. And the God who healed a man after 38 years of waiting — without even a full yes — will meet you exactly where you are. I hope this episode blesses you! Today's audience caller, Cassidy, wrote in after I put out a casting call about kink, but what unfolded in our conversation went so much deeper than sex. It turned into one of the most layered discussions I've had on this show about mental health, medical gaslighting, abusive relationships, divorce, and ultimately, healing.Cassidy spent over a decade being told nothing was wrong with her. Doctors dismissed her symptoms, she cycled through diagnoses of depression, anxiety, and OCD, and it wasn't until 2021 that she finally got answers: autism and eventually a functional neurological disorder. All while surviving (though she didn't know it at the time) an emotionally and sexually abusive 22-year marriage. What I found so fascinating about Cassidy is how she eventually took her healing into her own hands, literally, by exploring rope bondage as a way to regulate her nervous system and rewrite traumatic neural pathways. And she does it with a level of self-awareness, nuance, and calm that honestly blew me away. There's also a moment in this episode I want to flag before you listen: I asked Cassidy point-blank how she could be so open on a public platform about her ex-husband, his abusive behaviors, and the details of their relationship. Her answer surprised me, and it says a lot about who she is. I always find myself fascinated by what makes some people willing to go fully on the record and others not, and this conversation gave me a lot to think about.Follow Cassidy: https://www.instagram.com/whisperingerudite/Sponsors:Tru Fru: Find it now in the freezer aisle of your grocery store.Spindrift: Visit drinkspindrift.com and use code lucie for 15% off.Ritual: For a limited time, save 25% on your first month at Ritual.com/REALSTUFFClean Simple Eats: Clean Simple Eats is undeniably clean and 100% delicious. This week Father Daniel Chowning shares profound insights from St. John of the Cross, revealing the path to healing that's rooted in God's merciful love—because true healing begins when we recognize our wounds and invite God into them.If you've ever struggled with distorted views of love, or feel stuck in the past, this episode offers practical steps to rediscover authentic love, heal old wounds, and live more fully in God's grace.Father Daniel, a Carmelite friar with decades of ministry experience, including studying in Spain, living in Rome, and authoring Healed by Love—breaks down the profound relationship between prayer, self-knowledge, and love's transformative power. You'll discover how the dark night isn't just a metaphor, but a universal stage of healing where God's love penetrates our deepest brokenness. We explore how love as a self-giving act aligns with Jesus's example, and why learning to love as God loves is our lifelong vocation; one that's impossible without divine grace. You can find Fr. Daniel's book here.
JOHN 21:15-25 - FEED & TEND MY SHEEP - BRIAN SUMNER - 2025JOHN 21:15-25 "15 So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of ]Jonah, do you love Me more than these?”He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.”He said to him, “Feed My lambs.”16 He said to him again a second time, “Simon, son of ]Jonah, do you love Me?”He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.”He said to him, “Tend My sheep.”17 He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you [g]love Me?” Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, “Do you love Me?”And he said to Him, “Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.”Jesus said to him, “Feed My sheep. 18 Most assuredly, I say to you, when you were younger, you girded yourself and walked where you wished; but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and another will gird you and carry you where you do not wish.” 19 This He spoke, signifying by what death he would glorify God. And when He had spoken this, He said to him, “Follow Me.”The Beloved Disciple and His Book20 Then Peter, turning around, saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following, who also had leaned on His breast at the supper, and said, “Lord, who is the one who betrays You?” 21 Peter, seeing him, said to Jesus, “But Lord, what about this man?”22 Jesus said to him, “If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you? You follow Me.”23 Then this saying went out among the brethren that this disciple would not die. Yet Jesus did not say to him that he would not die, but, “If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you?”24 This is the disciple who testifies of these things, and wrote these things; and we know that his testimony is true.25 And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Welcome, gorgeous souls, to Episode 432 of Aligned Abundance! ✨In this episode, I'm diving into why so many of us are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, distracted and dysregulated right now and why slowing down may actually be the strategy that helps you move forward faster. We live in a world of constant noise, information and pressure to keep going, but our nervous systems were never designed to hold this much all at once. In this episode, I'm sharing how I've been feeling recently and the importance of rest, pause and creating space to reconnect with yourself, especially during seasons where life may feel slower or uncertain. This is what I've been working on recently and I share how I've created more capacity in my nervous system and feel more focused and productive. In this episode, I'm sharing:Why you may be feeling overwhelmed and emotionally disconnectedThe impact of constant information, stimulation and pressure on the nervous systemWhy rest and slowing down are essential for alignment and abundanceHow slowing down can actually help you move forward with more clarity and ease Simple reminders to help you reconnect, regulate and reset this weekIf you've been feeling exhausted, mentally overloaded or disconnected from yourself lately, this episode is your reminder that you don't need to push harder. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause
May 17, 2026Freddy WilliamsIn Mark 5:24–34, a woman suffering for twelve years pushes through the crowd to reach Jesus, believing that healing could be found in the hem of His garment. This powerful story reveals how generations of prophecy, hope, and longing pointed to Jesus as the One who restores what is broken. In this message from our The Walk series, we explore:• How God uses reminders to keep our hope alive• Why Jesus often meets us at the edge of our limits• What it means to place our faith fully in Christ• How Jesus restores dignity, identity, and peaceWhen life leaves us exhausted, isolated, or searching for answers, Jesus invites us to reach for Him with faith and expectation. This message reminds us that true healing and wholeness are found not in our strength, but in the power and authority of Jesus.

On today's podcast, we share a testimony from the Voice of Healing meetings where a crippled congressman was healed supernaturally after 59 years. Listen and be encouraged today.
This week, Jake and Bob talk about the two Sacraments of Healing, Reconciliation and the Anointing of the Sick, and what they reveal about Christ as the physician of both soul and body. They discuss how suffering itself can become healing, why not everyone who prays for healing is healed, and the role of forgiveness in both receiving and asking for healing. Healing ultimately is a restoration into wholeness and is found in communion with God. Jake and Bob end by sharing a few stories of miraculous healing as well as their experiences of receiving a quiet, yet strengthening grace. Key Points: There are two Sacraments of Healing: Reconciliation and the Anointing of the Sick. Jesus is the physician of both body and soul. Healing is an ongoing encounter with God's love. Forgiveness of sins and physical healing are deeply interconnected. Unforgiveness can act as a barrier that prevents deeper healing from taking place. Sin causes fragmentation, while forgiveness restores unity and openness to grace. The Sacrament of Reconciliation offers forgiveness and healing for the heart. The Anointing of the Sick offers grace for physical healing, spiritual strength, and preparation for death. Suffering becomes healing when it draws a person into deeper communion with God. Not everyone receives physical healing, and this remains a real and difficult mystery. Have we made suffering so much of our identity that we have neglected our belief? The belief that God can and does do the impossible. Using Mark 9, Tyler Moffett shows us that suffering and belief aren't mutually exclusive. There is a cost to be healed: we must stop merely consuming spiritual content and start contending — bringing our deepest brokenness to God with honest, imperfect faith, and trusting that He is more than enough to meet it.
