In the third part of our collaboration with RimJhim Consulting, we spoke to candidates Joy Aboim and Natasha Preville who have recently been appointed to board level as a result of being on the Get on Board Programme. They talk about their career backgrounds, raising the aspirations of young people today and their hopes for the future now that they will be making decisions at the top within the sports sector.
In the second part of our collaboration with RimJhim Consulting, we spoke to Funke Awoderu who is the senior inclusion and diversity manager at the FA about her role within the Get on Board Programme. She talks about her sports journey and how she managed to get onto board level, as well as talking about how listeners can make their first steps into getting into board roles.
