This episode is powered by the Move to Millions Live After Party Stretch Out Your Hand: From Excuses to Embodiment with Moses as Your Model "Every time you say 'I'm not ready,' you're saying God doesn't know what He's doing." — Dr. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon If you're still waiting for confirmation, clarity, or confidence to move, this episode is your burning bush moment. In the final installment of the Play Big Series, we unpack Moses—not as a distant biblical figure, but as a mirror for how you're showing up (or not) in your business right now. Because disobedience doesn't always look like rebellion—sometimes it sounds like “I'm not ready,” “Who would listen to me?” or “I just need one more certification.” Here's the truth: you've already been given what you need. Your staff is already in your hand. Your Red Sea is already waiting to respond. And someone's breakthrough is on the other side of your obedience. This episode will snap you out of overthinking and into operational obedience so that you can lead, scale, and serve at the level your legacy demands.   Grab your Move to Millions Podcast Notebook, a pen and your favorite beverage and listen in to discover: ✔ How to shift from disobedience disguised as humility to courageous leadership fueled by obedience ✔ How to identify the “staff in your hand” and start using what you already have to walk out your seven-figure calling ✔ How to apply the 4 Moses-inspired leadership activations to move from excuses to embodiment and build a movement that delivers others ✔And so much more This episode is a prophetic push for the CEO who's been circling clarity, doubting their voice, or dismissing their authority. If you're done hiding behind excuses and ready to embody your divine assignment fully, this episode will challenge, convict, and activate you to take bold, obedient action. This is your invitation to stop questioning what's already been confirmed. You are the answer. And your obedience will unlock the miracles you've been praying for. Grab your staff, stretch out your hand, and walk into the season of overflow you were always built for. You just need to move in what God has already given you." "Purpose doesn't always knock—sometimes it burns." "Leadership isn't a feeling. It's a function. You obey first. The leader emerges later." "You're not just building a business. You're bringing people out." "You've had the vision. You've heard the call. Now stretch out your hand."   Questions to Ask Yourself While Listening: What excuse have I been calling humility that's really just disobedience? What skill, story, or solution have I been overlooking that is already in my hand? Where have I been waiting for confirmation when I already have a commission? Who might still be bound because I haven't answered my call? What would happen in my life and leadership if I stopped circling and started moving?   Want more of Darnyelle? When that person up ahead in the right turn only lane puts their blinker on way too late and starts to merge across the solid line towards your lane, what are your thoughts about that person? When you you distinctly recall asking your partner to empty the recycling bin yesterday, and now it’s a jenga pile of jam jars and plastic packets - what are your thoughts about that person? Just to speculate, they’re not positive thoughts are they? However - do you realise that what’s happening there with your judgment about the other person is one of the core thinking biases which can destroy relationships, and lead to unnecessary, possibly dangerous conflict with strangers? Luckily it’s one of those things that once you know it’s there, you can actively start to work at it - and in this episode Osher talks about identifying and dealing with this trap of thinking which often sits at the core of all relationship discontent. For more on the book announcement: https://oshergunsberg.substack.com/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

THE CONFIDENT BODY PODCAST - Brain-based strategies and self-compassion practices to unlock your full potential

Have you ever thought, “Just one more bite,” or “This isn't a real snack”? And then before you know it, you've grazed through dinner while cooking it, tasted everything twice, and now you're halfway into the evening wondering why you're still hungry... or worse, why you feel stuffed but not satisfied? Welcome back to our 6 part series on excuses called Excuses Exposed. Today we're talking about Minimizing excuses. Minimizing excuses are slippery. They sound harmless. They dress themselves up in logic. “It's just a little taste.” “It's not like I'm bingeing.” “This one day won't make a difference.” But if you've ever felt like you're working so hard and not seeing results, it might be these quiet little decisions that are clogging up the system. Before we dive in, let's do a quick check-in on where we are in the series. In Episode 1, we talked about what excuses really are—mental habits, not moral failings—and we walked through the Excuse-Proofing Process: Pause, Ponder, Pivot, Practice. In Episode 2, we got personal and unpacked emotional excuses. That's when food becomes your therapist, your reward, your stress relief. And we looked at the real needs hiding underneath the hunger. Today is all about the excuses that don't scream. They whisper.  Ready? Let's go!   https://confidentbody.coach/tips/ BOOK: You Are A Miracle

THE CONFIDENT BODY PODCAST - Brain-based strategies and self-compassion practices to unlock your full potential

Have you ever found yourself standing in the kitchen after a long day, thinking, “I just need something sweet”? Not because you're hungry. Not because it's time for dinner. But because your nerves are fried, your patience has packed up and left, and your brain is screaming, “I need a win.” or “I want to relax and now it's my turn.” Or maybe it's not even about stress. Maybe you had a good day. You got a lot done, you kept things together, and now you want a reward. And that reward just happens to look like a cookie. Or a drive-thru order. Or that giant glass of wine that can fit the whole bottle in one glass. The problem is that cookies aren't about hunger at all. It's your brain asking to be seen, soothed, or celebrated. Welcome back to our 6 part series on excuses called Excuses Exposed. Today we're talking about emotional excuses. The ones that whisper things like, “I deserve this,” or “I just want it,” or “It's not fair.” These are the moments when food becomes your therapist, your reward, or your tiny rebellion. And listen, I get it. These thoughts feel true. But what they're really doing is putting food in charge of your feelings—and that's a lot of pressure to put on a bag of chips. Before we dig in, let's do a quick recap of where we've been and where we're headed. In Episode 1, we broke down what excuses really are. Not signs of failure. Not personality flaws. Just mental habits—ways your brain tries to avoid discomfort. We talked about the four-step Excuse-Proofing Process: Pause, Ponder, Pivot, and Practice. Today, we're taking that process and applying it to one of the most common excuse families: emotional eating. But for now, let's get into the messy, very human world of emotional eating. Ready? MAGA Inc. claims to support all of our causes — from deportations and cutting spending to medical freedom, diminishing the FBI, and primarying RINOS. So why don't you actually lead? Instead, in case after case, Trump is subverting those causes, and all we get are excuses and low expectations. If Trump feels stymied by the courts, he either needs to take a page out of the Florida attorney general's book or demand that his priorities be placed in reconciliation. Next, I delve into the Casey Means nomination for surgeon general and the disturbing trend of random people and policies popping up at HHS and also other areas like foreign policy and how this ties back to Tucker Carlson, Don Jr., and Arab Qatari money. Most high-achieving men hit a plateau where they feel stuck, even when life looks “successful” on paper. In this episode, listeners will discover why true breakthrough requires burning desire, clarity of vision, and relentless discipline, far beyond surface-level wins.Dr. Jeff Buske interviews Anthony Blanco, a high-performance coach and speaker, about the biggest lies men believe about success, happiness, and purpose. Together, they unpack why many drift into mediocrity, how to realign business and personal life around true fulfillment, and why a man without vision becomes dangerous to himself and others.Key Takeaways:Lack of a compelling vision is the root of stagnation and sedation.True leaders never “arrive”—growth is a lifelong, infinite game.Wealth and business are tools to serve a bigger life mission, not the end goal.Sustainable transformation starts with killing old identities and daily discipline.“A man without vision will burn down his life just to feel the thrill of rebuilding.” – Anthony BlancoTo connect with Dr. Buske follow the links below - LinkedInInstagramFacebookLimitless Dentist AcademyJoin Dental Syndicate HERE
