We start when my colt is four years old and it's time for his first ride! This day is completely uneventful as he sidepasses over to the picnic table and invites me onboard. I hop on, make much of my horse and ask him to walk off. This was so easy because we have been preparing for this day his whole life. He's prepared and so am I!
