This week Britt brings her extensive knowledge of essential oils and how they can be used to replace toxic products that may be causing you harm. The knowledge of environmental toxins are becoming greater every year, as well as their side effects. Fortunately, there are ways to safely replace items that may have toxic ingredients and it doesn't have to break the bank. As always the girls do not want you to feel overwhelmed by the information presented, just take things one step at a time and always do research.

The girls learn about how similar they are when it comes to sleeping habits and wanting to be left alone when sleeping.
