This episode is a quick update on where our minds have been. We consider ourselves energy sponges and have been taking time to process the horrific truths and realities that are happening. Like many of you we have been processing our thoughts, emotions and feelings. Recording didn’t feel right up till now:)
What’s more valuable to you, actions or words? On this episode we focus on these two concepts but not just as an expectation from others but most importantly an expectation of ourselves. We say we will do this and do that but do we? We say who we want to be BUT are we who we want to be?
