Welcome to Learning Paradigms, a podcast for learning facilitators. In this first episode I briefly describe how I want this podcast to serve as a learning experience. First, we learn about what is interesting and new about how the guests think about their work. Second, we can hold up a metaphorical mirror and ask how is the guest’s paradigm similar or different from our own.
