I first learned about Linda Ugelow when she was a guest on my friend Ande Lyons's podcast Don't Be Caged By Your Age in 2025 and she was just so graceful about everything. Then she was invited to be the guest speaker at the New England Podcasters' Meetup. Then I got to meet her in person at NEPG, where she said, "you know... I used to have an organic CSA and currently am growing lots of uncommon fruits..." Say no more, Linda - you had me at fruit! Linda and her husband practice permaculture on their suburban property outside of Boston, with tons of different fruits and other perennial plants! She hosts a podcast called Delight in the Limelight - about speaking with confidence (175+ episodes now!), and wrote a book by the same name. She also works in intuitive dance and movement.I'm so glad for this time getting to know Linda better, and hear about her fascinating life! And I seriously cannot wait for the chance to have a tour of her haven she's been nurturing - her reverence toward the earth is really inspiring, and makes me want to do better - I hope you feel the same way,Her message she hopes you take from this conversation is this: "the satisfaction and fun of growing, eating and preserving common and uncommon perennial foods from your yard." I definitely did - how about you?You can find all things Linda here: https://lindaugelow.com/about/Her Instagram reels are SO good! https://www.instagram.com/lindaugelow/Really, she's everywhere @lindaugelowSend me a message!Support the showLike this episode? Ten minutes of audio disappears, so we do what any responsible garage crew would do: laugh, splice it together, and immediately start making a list of who we owe giveaway prizes to. We've got an August 15 event coming up at Mayobi, and before we roll into the next stretch of the year, we're getting caught up the only way we know how by drawing monthly winners live and calling ourselves out for being bad at shipping stuff on time. If you've been waiting on gear, this one's worth your time. From there, the conversation swings into the stuff that keeps off-road life running behind the scenes: supporters who help us stay motivated, what our Buzzsprout stats say about where we rank, and the kind of hauling stories that make you ask, “Should that vehicle really have a receiver hitch?” Yes, we're talking about a Prius doing truck things, plus the ongoing quest to haul smarter without turning everything into a white-knuckle drive. The main tech rabbit hole is towing and trailer setup. We break down a new 34-foot PJ gooseneck with air ride suspension, an air ride hitch, and electric over hydraulic disc brakes, then get into brake controller tuning, loading angles, and why ramps can turn a calm day into a fast problem. We also recap Milwaukee Madness, share what Milwaukee reps hinted is coming next (including a battery-powered fridge/freezer), and flag a “you won” scam message so you don't get caught clicking the wrong link.If you like real shop talk, off-road problem solving, and gear talk with zero polish, hit subscribe, share this with a friend, and leave a review. In this episode of Thriving in Intersectionality, Dr. Lola Adeyemo sits down with technologist, entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and Avatar Buddy co-founder Stephanie Sylvestre for a conversation that goes far beyond artificial intelligence.Growing up in Belize, Stephanie imagined one day returning home to help build her country's future. But when an unexpected political shift changed those plans, she found herself on a different path—one that led from corporate technology leadership to entrepreneurship, community impact, and ultimately building AI solutions designed to empower people rather than replace them. Along the way, her experiences across cultures, industries, and communities shaped a leadership philosophy rooted in one belief: technology should always serve humanity. Together, Dr. Lola and Stephanie explore how our identities, lived experiences, and values influence the way we approach innovation, leadership, and the future of work. They discuss why the most valuable skills in the age of AI are still deeply human, how organizations can embrace emerging technologies responsibly, and why curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking will remain essential as workplaces continue to evolve. This conversation isn't simply about AI.It's about the people who build it, the values that guide it, and the humanity that must remain at its center. In This Episode, We Discuss Stephanie's journey from Belize to technology leadership  How identity and lived experience shape innovation  The role of AI in transforming—not replacing—the workplace  Why human skills matter more than ever in the age of AI  Responsible AI and the importance of human oversight  Resourcefulness, creativity, and critical thinking as future-ready skills  Building technology that amplifies people instead of replacing them  How AI can expand access, opportunity, and social impact  Leading organizations through technological change  Practical advice for professionals preparing for the future of work About the GuestStephanie Sylvestre is a technologist, entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and Co-Founder of Avatar Buddy, an AI company helping organizations eliminate bottlenecks—not people—through human-centered artificial intelligence. With more than three decades of leadership experience spanning technology, operations, nonprofit leadership, and innovation, Stephanie has held executive roles with organizations including The Children's Trust, Burger King, Subway, Hewlett-Packard, and Avatar Buddy. Today, she helps leaders and organizations embrace AI responsibly while ensuring people remain at the center of innovation. Learn more about Stephanie and her work:

From mop buckets to million-dollar systems, we teach you how to clean smarter, lead stronger, and scale faster.I would lean into your philosophy rather than the crime itself. Here's a Buzzsprout description that sounds like Cleaning Business Life:When a patient enters a hospital, trust is assumed.Patients trust doctors, nurses, technicians—and yes, even the people responsible for keeping their rooms clean and sanitary. In this episode of Cleaning Business Life, Shannon discusses the Arizona hospital housekeeper case that made headlines after an employee was accused of stealing and using a patient's debit card while the patient was receiving medical care. But this isn't an episode about crime. It's about trust. We'll explore why professional cleaners are given access to some of the most private moments in people's lives, the difference between technical training and personal integrity, and why one person's actions can impact the reputation of an entire profession.Whether you own a cleaning company, manage employees, or invite service professionals into your home, this conversation is a reminder that professionalism is built on more than cleaning skills—it's built on character, accountability, and systems that protect everyone involved. In this episode, we discuss:The Arizona hospital housekeeper caseHospital housekeeping vs. residential cleaningTraining versus certificationWhy integrity matters more than technical skillHow one bad decision affects an entire industryBuilding a cleaning company your clients can trustIf you're committed to raising the standards of the cleaning industry, this is an episode you won't want to miss. Nothing makes me happier than a conversation that goes deep unexpectedly... and Cameron Ungar delivered! Trash and Stash is a cleanout and downsizing service based in North Carolina. They are the first B-Corp Certified Junk Removal business in the US, and Cameron takes that certification very seriously. He talks about being thrifty - not like cheap, but about putting value on the effort made. He talks about simplifying our lives and homes being an act of rebellion (love that word!), and says that small, consistent actions have big results.Cameron offers an efficiency bonus for his employees, because just filling a dumpster is not preferred; he prefers repurposing or reusing, to keep things in circulation. In fact, his whole office is thrifted - he said he spent maybe $1000 for everything in the office. He also trains his employees in patience and encourages them to listen to their clients, knowing that some people will struggle with letting go of things. And his company gives back. Started during Covid, this still young company is giving a percentage of all profits to the International Cancer Foundation. They also have a space where they store some of the stuff they've taken from homes/offices to resale or donate to people who need it.A phrase Cameron said has stuck with me is " Junk is a verb, not a noun." Just think on that for a moment. I love the heart behind Trash and Stash so much - a desperately needed service, and offered with a kindness that is often lacking in that field.Find Trash and Stash here: https://www.trashandstash.com/They're on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/trashandstash And Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/yourlocaltrashandstash/Send me a message!Support the showLike this episode? You can have the right strategy, the right numbers, and the cleanest slide deck in the world and still fail to move anyone. That gap is not about intelligence or effort. It is about meaning. I sit down with Robert Kennedy III (RK3), keynote speaker and communication strategist, to talk about storytelling as a leadership skill that cuts through noise and turns information into understanding. We unpack one of the biggest myths holding people back: “I'm not a storyteller.” Robert explains why that is often an identity story, not a talent issue, and how choosing a new agreement with yourself changes what you attempt and what you avoid. We also dig into public speaking fear and nervous energy, including Robert's unforgettable line about not getting rid of the butterflies but getting them to fly in formation, plus the mindset shift that turns anxiety into excitement. Then we get practical. Robert shares his Moment, Meaning, Message framework for business storytelling and leadership communication. We explore how ordinary moments can become powerful stories, why relatability beats drama, and how stories create vivid mental images, emotional connection, and trust in a way data rarely can. You'll also learn what a signature story is, how to find yours, and when personal stories build credibility better than third-party examples. If you want to become a clearer communicator, a stronger leader, and a more persuasive speaker, listen now, then subscribe, share this with a colleague, and leave a review so more people can find the show.

Vita Vea would immediately strengthen the Giants' defensive front, but acquiring him could cost Kayvon Thibodeaux, draft capital and another major contract. Drew and Rob debate whether the upgrade in the middle would justify sacrificing a younger pass rusher entering a critical season.Follow on Spotify and leave a 5-star rating on Apple Podcasts if you enjoy no-BS Giants debate.Should the Giants trade Kayvon Thibodeaux for Vita Vea? Vea would fill a larger immediate need, but the Giants would be surrendering youth, contract control and potentially an additional draft pick for a 31-year-old seeking a new deal. The trade request leads to a detailed discussion about whether Joe Schoen should call Tampa Bay and what a realistic offer could look like. Because the Buccaneers need pass-rush help, Drew and Rob examine a hypothetical package built around Thibodeaux and a Day 3 pick. A fourth-round selection is viewed as a reasonable ceiling, while adding a second-round pick would make the price excessive.Would Vea become the best defensive tackle on the Giants immediately, or would New York be repeating the type of expensive commitment it avoided by trading Dexter Lawrence?Vea remains a major interior presence, but age and money complicate the decision. The Giants would need to determine whether he fits their competitive timeline, whether they could extend him at a manageable number and whether Vea would even want to join New York after watching the Lawrence situation unfold. John Harbaugh's arrival and the organization's new direction could help the pitch, but this remains a hypothetical debate—not a report that the Giants and Buccaneers have discussed a trade. The Giants also announced a major expansion of their East Rutherford headquarters and training facility. The project includes approximately 93,500 square feet of new construction and 46,000 square feet of renovations, with completion expected before the 2028 season.Drew and Rob react to the planned locker room, weight room, nutrition, recovery and rehabilitation upgrades while questioning how much the project reflects Harbaugh's influence. The investment suggests ownership is preparing for a long-term change in how the football operation trains, communicates and supports its players. Is this simply an overdue modernization, or evidence that the Giants are finally providing their football staff with the infrastructure expected from a serious NFL organization? The largest portion of the episode examines the 18 players brought in for workouts. The group included quarterback Jake Haener; running back Kylin James; wide receivers Malik Heath and Eric McAlister; tight ends Zach Davidson, Tyler Moore and Scotty Washington; offensive tackles Jake Curhan, Luke Felix-Fualalo and Derek Simmons; defensive tackles Marlon Davidson, Daniel Ekuale and Foley Fatukasi; linebackers Kenneth Murray and Chandler Martin; and defensive backs Tony Grimes, Ahmaad Moses and Sam Webb.Rather than treating every workout as a major move, Drew and Rob separate the legitimate depth candidates from the developmental long shots. Curhan offers more than 50 games of NFL experience and tackle-guard versatility. Murray brings extensive starting experience at linebacker. Fatukasi has a proven history as an early-down run defender, while Haener gives the team another developmental quarterback option.McAlister's final season at TCU, Moses' ball production at SMU and Grimes' former five-star pedigree provide upside, but each player would need to prove value on special teams or at the bottom of the depth chart. The size of the workout group also raises a broader question: Is the new Giants staff dissatisfied with the roster, or simply creating constant competition before training camp? Two players earned contracts after the workout. Former second-round pick Marlon Davidson brings defensive-line versatility and previous experience with Dennard Wilson in Tennessee. His production has never matched his draft position, but familiarity with the scheme gives him a realistic chance to compete for rotational snaps.Tyler Moore enters as a blocking-oriented tight end and H-back after limited receiving production at Iowa State. His path to the roster depends almost entirely on blocking, special teams and assignment reliability. Drew and Rob question whether Moore offers enough upside to beat out the other depth tight ends or whether he is more likely headed for the practice squad. The episode closes with Wilson's encouraging comments about Deonte Banks. Wilson said Banks had a “helluva offseason,” has been running toward coaching instead of away from it and appears to be in a better headspace. Can better coaching finally unlock Banks, or have Giants fans heard too many offseason turnaround stories? The hosts remain cautious about expecting a former first-round star to suddenly emerge. A more realistic success would be Banks becoming a dependable defensive back, depth option and possible return contributor. Training camp will determine whether the offseason praise represents genuine progress or another temporary burst of optimism.Merch: https://2giantgoofballs-shop.fourthwall.com/ Support: https://buymeacoffee.com/2giantgoofballs All episodes: https://2giantgoofballs.buzzsprout.com/The package follows the Buzzsprout requirement to lead with the gain-versus-sacrifice tradeoff, include the searchable Big Question and omit chapters unless specifically requested. How do you build wealth from nothing? Jeremy Jenson did it, going from a childhood of moving between rented houses in Alief, Texas, to running Encore Search Partners, one of Houston's largest privately held recruiting firms. Shawn Lynch sits down with him to unpack exactly how, and why the strategy that gets you to your first million looks nothing like the strategy that gets you to fifty. Jeremy talks openly about growing up with a single mom, watching wealthier classmates drive brand new trucks in high school, and how that gap planted the seed for the ambition that drives him today. The two get into the real framework behind scaling a company at every stage, from the hustle and grind it takes to hit your first million, to the leverage and reinvestment that carries you from one million to ten, to the relationships and trust that carry you from ten million to fifty. Jeremy explains why sales fixes almost every other problem in a business, why he would rather hire a strong operator than try to do everything himself, and why entrepreneurs who cut corners for quick money rarely make it past a few good years. Shawn and Jeremy also talk about parenting, raising ambitious kids without raising entitled ones, teaching financial literacy early, and why the real marker of success has far less to do with the size of your bank account than most people assume.Subscribe to Official Success Formula for more conversations like this one, and catch the full episode on the podcast at the link below. Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with Motivate Your Monday and your host, Diane Wyzga. Recently, I brought together two of my favorite people. Frank Zaccari is—among many award-winning professional roles and ventures—a gifted listener with an ability to facilitate interviews that bring out the best in the guest and offer value to the listener. My friend and colleague, Eliza Young (the genius behind my Quarter Moon Story Arts logo and soon-to-be-revealed new and improved website) is the author of her upcoming memoir, Life in Captivity: Moving from a Life in Captivity to a Captivating Life. Their powerful and poignant conversation highlights this truth: “Your past may shape your story...but it never has to write your ending.”   From the June 23rd 2026 Bounce Back Podcast Episode Notes: ”What happens when your life begins with overwhelming adversity? Imagine enduring more than 20 surgeries before adulthood, surviving childhood trauma, navigating a bitter custody battle, living through emotional abuse, witnessing the events of 9/11 from just blocks away, and later facing breast cancer. Many people would allow those experiences to define them. Eliza Young chose a different path. In this powerful and deeply personal conversation, Eliza shares how she transformed pain into purpose, creativity into healing, and adversity into a life built on hope, resilience, and possibility. Eliza also discusses her upcoming memoir, Life in Captivity: Moving from a Life in Captivity to a Captivating Life, and explains how writing the book helped her finally close one chapter of her life so she could begin another, including an exciting move to Spain with her daughter.” Access their conversation  Apple podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/when-your-greatest-wounds-become-your-greatest-strength/id1845142370?i=1000778019885 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/episode/4FMfGCsSpsxr4ZQLmUIZ94 buzzsprout: https://www.buzzsprout.com/admin/2566600/episodes/19530001-when-your-greatest-wounds-become-your-greatest-strength-eliza-young Connect with Eliza Young:  Substack: https://substack.com/@captivatingeliza (for updates on her move to Spain, upcoming book, and continuing journey toward a captivating life)  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCodDmXVVWdOCGrePbSevQDw    LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/creativeliza   Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/captivatingeliza/ Connect with Frank Zaccari: Frank Zaccari CEO Life Altering Events, LLC 5x #1 Bestselling New Release & 4x TAZ Award Winning Author, NAMCA Speaker Trust the Process CoFounder 916.718.5517 YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4jSFziDx5ZQXP2ZY5-M0-w LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/frankzaccari/ Website: https://www.frankzaccari.net/ Substack: https://fzaccari.substack.com/ Email: frankzaccari@gmail.com Books & marketing: http://www.authorstrusttheprocess.com/ Speaker Home: https://frankzaccari.com/ And thank you for listening.  You're invited: “Come for the stories - stay for the magic!” Speaking of magic, subscribe & spread this episode  with a generous 5-star review & comment—it helps us all—& join us next time!
