Mindfulness of the body and an esoteric discipline that familiarises you to your auric field. This is level one before we journey deeper into body scans and auric field work. Please do this one a few times before we go on a lot deeper to our organs and the correlation out into our auric field. Please do this meditation laying down so your physical body isn’t strained and can open itself up to you. Enter the body scan, a meditative practice that involves mindfully scanning your body for sensations of pain, tension, or anything out of the ordinary.Developing greater awareness of bodily enables you to feel more connected to your physical self and gain greater insight into potential causes of unwanted feelings and toxic patterns. This knowledge makes it easier to address what’s wrong, leading to improved wellness in body and mind.This is also a great grounding exercise first thing in the morning, and anytime of day on an empty stomach. A nice relaxer too to send you off into a goods nights sleep.
