Welcome to a new episode of ASMR Sleep Recordings. In this episode, you will hear gentle rain. Improve your health and happiness. The sound you hear in this episode creates a calm atmosphere and at the same time blocks out disturbing noises. This will help you de-stress, unwind, and rest. Enjoy two hours of relaxing sounds to help you relax, focus, study and fall asleep.About ASMR Sleep Recordings:The purpose of ASMR Sleep Recording is to help you sleep and concentrate better. This particular episode lasts two hours and has no ads in the middle, so you won't be woken up or disturbed while focusing or relaxing. When you listen to ASMR Sleep Recordings, you can lock your phone, so you won't get any bothersome stimuli from notifications and other sounds from your phone. You can switch between apps while studying or working without pausing the ambient sound.About our sounds:Water creates a natural white noise. Infused with the relaxing quality of nature and the sound-masking properties of white noise, listening to running water is an ideal way to turn off all the stressful things life brings, and to de-stress. Some of our most popular sounds include a river, flowing creek, babbling brook, gentle waves on a lake, and a bamboo fountain. Rain also creates a natural white noise. Infused with the relaxing quality of nature and the sound-masking properties of white noise, listening to rain is an ideal way to switch off all the stressful things life brings and to de-stress. Some of our most popular sounds are rain on an umbrella, hailstorms, hard rain, soft rain, gentle rain, wind and rain, rain on a car.White noise helps babies and children to get a better and deeper night's sleep. This is because external sounds are masked by the noise. With white noise in the background, your child will not hear annoying cars driving by or dogs barking in bed. This allows your little one to sleep better. And it also saves you as a parent a lot of hours!Pink noise is more common in nature than you might expect. It can be compared to continuous rainfall or wind. In addition to white noise, pink noise is also increasing in popularity, especially in business environments. Because it can increase productivity, concentration and creativity.Brown noise can be compared to waves of the sea, a river current, strong winds or the sound of thunder during a storm. Like pink noise, brown noise is very similar to white noise. However, the frequencies have been lowered even further and a lot more concentrated. This gives it a rougher/coarse tone than pink noise. It sounds a bit deeper and a bit bass-like. The benefits of brown noise are the same as the other types of noise. It provides relaxation, increased focus and improved deep sleep.DISCLAIMER: Be aware that loud noises can damage your hearing. If you can't carry on a conversation without raising your voice while playing one of our spheres, the sound may be too loud for your ears. Do not place the speakers directly next to a baby's ears. If you have trouble hearing or ringing in your ears, stop listening to the white noise immediately and see an audiologist or your doctor. The sounds provided by ASMR Sleep Recordings are for entertainment purposes only and are not a treatment for sleep disorders or tinnitus. Consult your doctor if you regularly have severe sleeping problems, experience fitful/restless sleep or feel tired during the day.ASMR Sleep Recordings is the white noise and nature sounds podcast to help you sleep, study or soothe a baby. ASMR Sleep Recordings has uploaded more than 400+ episodes in the 4 years that the podcast has been online. You can listen to all episodes of the podcast on your favorite podcast platform. People use white noise for sleep, focus, sound masking or relaxation. This podcast has the sound for you, whether you're using white noise to study, to soothe a baby with cramps, to fall asleep, or to just enjoy a quiet moment. From there, the guys riff on the Winter Olympics then slide into “What’s Carl Watching?” In News of the Week, we recap the top headlines from the previous week, including Butler Mayor Wesley Dingus being arraigned on two misdemeanor voyeurism charges; Mansfield Mayor Jodie Perry’s upcoming State of the City address; and the Madison Local Schools Board voting to suspend an eighth-grade science teacher following allegations of inappropriate conduct toward students. Finally, we bring in our guest of the week, Jody Odom Jr., a wildly talented local musician. He discusses his songwriting process, what inspired him to get into music, the personal story behind tracks like “Forever,” and what’s next as he rolls out new music and collaborations. Carl and Odom Jr. also reminisce about sharing the stage together years ago. He also reflects on the Mansfield music scene -- what it was like when he first started, how it’s evolved and how his own perspective within that scene has changed as he’s grown as both an artist and a performer. When we lose sight of what to be thankful for, we start to lose our ability to enjoy our life. When gratitude evades us, joy escapes us and we can slip into cynicism and scarcity. There is no happiness found in scarcity. This meditation hopes to help the listener return to the present moment to find themselves grateful for this breath, this time, this moment, this life.

DESCRIPTION The "Brain Rot" phenomenon isn't just about bad content; it's a symptom of a much more expensive problem: the erosion of human authorship. In this episode, we explore why the term "supposed deterioration" misses the mark on the very real physical and mental toll of drifting through endless feeds. We dive into the "Moment Between Drift and Choice" and discuss how tools like AI aren't the villains, but magnifiers of our own presence—or absence. Discover why the art of the question is disappearing and how to practice "Staying Awake" in a world designed to put your mind on autopilot. Whether you're an AI power user or a parent watching the "attention lag" in your children, this reflection offers a roadmap back to your own mind. We'll cover the difference between delegating tasks and disappearing from your own creative process. #BrainRot #DigitalWellness #AIEthics #Mindfulness #HumanAuthorship   Follow Dr. JC Doornick and the Makes Sense Academy:► Makes Sense Substack - https://drjcdoornick.substack.com ► Instagram: / drjcdoornick ► Substack: / drjcdoornick ►Facebook:  / makessensepodcast ►YouTube:  / drjcdoornick MAKES SENSE PODCAST Welcome to the Makes Sense with Dr. JC Doornick Podcast. WelcomeHello and blessings, and welcome to Season 3, Episode 1 of The Calling Podcast, Follow Your Spirit All the Way In. I'm your host, Homaya. In today's episode, Healing Is Not Fixing (The Healer Series 01 of 08), I'm opening a space for healing, expansion, and truth, not as a concept, but as a lived experience in your body, in your choices, and in the way you show up in the world.Wherever you are right now, take a deep breath. Relax. Give yourself permission to receive the downloads in this transmission. As you listen, do not try to take everything through your mind. Let the transmission meet you exactly where you are ready.Episode SummaryThis conversation is inspired by one of my most beloved masterclasses, The Healer.I share a little of my story, from being deeply sensitive, through a challenging childhood and adolescence, into my awakening, and the different seasons of healing that followed. I speak about the shift from healing that was mostly mental and unconscious, into a second season of pure energy work, where my mind could not keep up with what was moving through me.I also share what I have witnessed as a healer and as a teacher travelling the world, the miracles, the transformations, and the patterns that can quietly limit healers and spiritual leaders. The glass ceiling. The plateau. The places where we can be powerful in the room, yet still feel uncomfortable being seen, being paid, or taking ownership of our impact. And I offer a shift in perspective.Healing is not about fixing. There is nothing to fix. Healing is about bringing the highest frequency into the space. This episode is a call to leadership. I believe healers, light activators, spiritual guides, and spiritual leaders are here to lead, and that the world needs healing more than ever. For that to happen, we must lead ourselves first. We close with one of the most important spiritual muscles we can build, commitment. There is a difference between being inspired and being committed. Inspiration can be beautiful, and commitment is the part of you that says, yes, I am showing up for what I know to be true.Key TakeawaysHealing is for the collective. We move in one breath, one heart, one consciousness. Many healers experience a glass ceiling around being seen, being paid, receiving more clients, and creating transformation at scale.Healing is not about fixing. Healing is about bringing the highest frequency into the space. If we want expansion, impact, and the ability to hold stronger currents of life force, we must lead ourselves.Commitment is a spiritual muscle. It builds trust within you and strengthens your capacity to hold what you are calling in.If this episode of The Calling Podcast touched you, please leave a review, like and subscribe, and share it with your friends, family, and colleagues, because everyone has a calling.I'd love to hear your thoughts, text the show. This isn't about fixing yourself—it's about understanding why calm can feel unfamiliar, and how safety is relearned from the inside out.

Why does early breastfeeding position matter? Nancy and Barbara discuss one of their favorite topics with friend and colleague, IBCLC Rene Fisher. Whether you are talking about the starter position, laid back breastfeeding, or biological nurturing from Suzanne Colson, they all mean the same thing. Relax, lean back at a comfortable angle (not flat on your back), and place the baby tummy-to-tummy on the parent’s body. When this is done suddenly, the baby can move their body more easily, and many infant feeding reflexes are triggered, ensuring that at least one person knows what they are doing. Nancy discusses her experience improving breastfeeding practices at a Chicago-area hospital, and Rene shares her experiences with her own grandson, which made her a firm believer. Rene took this simple, time-saving technique back to her hospital on the East Coast, where it was a great success. Nancy’s ideas of adjusting your body, adjusting the baby, and adjusting the breast make it even easier to help families nurse easily and comfortably. As is known, changing hospital practice is not easy. Nancy and Rene share their wins and hurdles. There are three studies discussed in detail, which are listed below. Enjoy! Have you ever heard of inositol? Could you be deficient and not even realize it? If you're struggling with blood sugar swings, irregular cycles, anxiety, or 2am wake-ups, could this overlooked compound be a missing piece? While magnesium, B vitamins, and electrolytes dominate most wellness conversations, myo-inositol plays a critical role in insulin signaling, ovarian function, and neurotransmitter balance, acting as an intracellular messenger that helps your cells properly respond to hormonal cues. This episode unpacks what myo-inositol actually is, how it functions in the body, and what the research shows in areas like PCOS, insulin resistance, fertility, mood disorders, and sleep. It also covers therapeutic dosing, food sources, and how to use supplementation strategically for clinical outcomes. Whether you're navigating hormone imbalance, metabolic dysfunction, or nervous system dysregulation, this conversation takes a deeper look at why myo-inositol deserves far more attention in root-cause medicine.
