A story set in Ancient Greece, about a gullible hero, a smartass academic, a naive Gorgon Seer, and an old man with a terrible secret. This is an actual-play using the Genesys RPG by Fantasy Flight Games. We focus on collaborative storytelling through improvisation and the results of the dice.

With their path out of Tartarus now secured, the Heroes must deal with the fallout of Euphemia's transformation, Berron's internal struggle, and a Satyr whose motives portend more trouble in the story to come. http://www.lucklessfools.com Twitter: @lucklessfools "Ryno's Theme" by Kevin MacLeod (https://incompetech.com) License: CC By Attribution 3.0 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/) "Sneaky Snitch" by Kevin MacLeod (https://incompetech.com)License: CC By (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)
Dan here with a short announcement: You were probably expecting Episode 17 right about now, but that release is on temporary hold. I am starting a new job and with some responsibilities during the U.S. holiday season, releases will be inconsistent through the end of 2019. You will still get at least one, if not two episodes in December, and we should be back on the usual bi-weekly schedule for 2020. Thanks for listening, and see you next time!

The Heroes have landed in Tartarus, the underworld prison that houses those beings that even the gods fear. After a weary and beaten crew vacates Delos for the high seas, fate intervenes and waylays our heroes yet again. This needed to happen! We are recording all episodes starting with Episode 11 in beautiful, 5-channel audio. This means that Dan (the producer, me) and Don (the GM) got together to do a detailed recap of the most important parts of the first story arc, which covers Episodes 1-10. Since those are not the best sounding recordings, you definitely can start here if you want to catch up with the tale of a gullible hero, a sharp-tongued scholar, a Gorgon seer, and an old man with a secret that could bring the gods themselves down. The story takes place in an Ancient Greece of myth and legend, where the city-states recently banded together to defeat an invasion of Titan-worshiping Giants, with the aid of the Children of Prometheus - mortals who have mastered some degree of magic. In the war's aftermath, these former outcasts carved out niches for themselves in Hellenic society, and push Greece toward a Golden Age. However, nearly everyone seems blind to the dangers still lurking in the shadows. Everyone except for the Heroes of Hellas. http://www.lucklessfools.com Twitter: @lucklessfools Ryno's Theme - Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
The heroes delve into Lord Solon's basement, in search of secrets, if not the man himself. They end up with quite a bit more than they bargained for. http://www.lucklessfools.com Twitter: @lucklessfools Ryno's Theme - Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/ Battle - Jahzzar (freemusicarchive.org)Licensed under Creative Commons: By ShareAlike 3.0http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/
