En este episodio, hablamos de una de las habilidades más vitales para nuestra salud, acompañados por Liz Gutiérrez, líder regional de los programas de bienestar comunitario en SuperVive. Paco y Aideé abren la conversación con una verdad contundente: antes de acudir a cualquier consejo o diagnóstico externo, nuestro cuerpo ya nos está hablando. Él es nuestro "primer maestro". Empieza susurrándonos con pequeños síntomas, pero si nos tapamos los oídos y no bajamos el ritmo, eventualmente nos termina gritando en forma de enfermedad o crisis. Junto a Liz, entendemos que nuestro cuerpo no nos castiga ni nos sabotea cuando enfermamos; en realidad, es un sistema sumamente sabio que hace todo lo posible por protegernos. Cambiar nuestra relación con él implica dejar de verlo como una molestia que frena nuestra rutina y empezar a hacer equipo con él. Aprender a escucharlo nos permite: -- Poner límites: Nos avisa exactamente cuándo debemos hacer una pausa. -- Priorizar: Nos muestra si necesitamos un ajuste en nuestra alimentación, descanso o ritmo de vida. -- Prevenir: Evita que un simple susurro de estrés se convierta en un grito de dolor crónico. Dos acciones concretas para comenzar hoy: 1️⃣ Haz un "check-in" corporal diario: Tómate unos minutos al día para preguntarte: ¿Cómo me siento hoy?, ¿hay tensión?, ¿estoy cansad@? Ponle nombre a lo que sientes. 2️⃣ No le tapes la boca a tu cuerpo: Si tomas una pastilla o remedio para calmar una molestia, no te quedes solo ahí. Busca la raíz del problema y dale a tu cuerpo los cambios o el apoyo que realmente necesita. ¡Tu cuerpo te habla porque te quiere proteger, escúchalo!
