Dos acciones concretas para comenzar hoy: 1️⃣ Haz un "check-in" corporal diario: Tómate unos minutos al día para preguntarte: ¿Cómo me siento hoy?, ¿hay tensión?, ¿estoy cansad@? Ponle nombre a lo que sientes. 2️⃣ No le tapes la boca a tu cuerpo: Si tomas una pastilla o remedio para calmar una molestia, no te quedes solo ahí. Busca la raíz del problema y dale a tu cuerpo los cambios o el apoyo que realmente necesita. ¡Tu cuerpo te habla porque te quiere proteger, escúchalo!
