My Alchemical Romance

In an age of self-isolation, homemade masks, and an endless appetite for streamed content, the girls (well, one half and modified at least) dish out morsels of measured optimism and, of course, astrological know-how. Saturn in Aquarius is making his presence known, and this month, he gets lots of interaction from the inner planets, with Mercury in Aries (finally), Venus in Gemini, and both the Sun and Mercury (swift one, that) moving into Taurus. It's an episode focused on what needs to grow to replace shattered structures, with special guest host Julia Jackson.

Although one half of us is still in LA and this Mercury retrograde has definitely slowed us down a bit, the Stephanie and Sabrina are back to juice out all that cosmic citrus for the month ahead. A full moon lunation ripe with Neptune on top of Mercury’s shenanigans leaves us all feeling a bit dazed and confused, if not also compassionate for each other’s shortcomings. Poor beleaguered Venus trudges from the battleground of Aries into the scented garden of Taurus, allowing us to embrace our romantic side. The month culminates with a frenzy of Mars action as he conjoins a majority of the outer planets in Capricorn, causing us to double down on the structures we’ve been building and the boundaries we’ve erected. With apologies for the sound quality on this one, the girls experiment with recording the podcast in two different places. The eclipses are finally behind us, and in a month filled with sextiles Mercury retrograde sets the tone. With Mars in Sagittarius, the girls exuberantly divide the month of January into two sections: before the lunar eclipse, and after. Finally our Pluto-Saturn conjunction is here, exalting us to take ownership and responsibility of ourselves. Afterwards, the month shifts dramatically as Venus sails into Pisces followed by Mercury into Aquarius.
