Finally, Gilly Elor, physics lead at Stone Aerospace, and Bill Stone, founder of Stone Aerospace, walk us through LUX, the Lunar Underground Explorer, a Phase I concept for a laser-powered, fiber-tethered drone that could be the first mission to enter a cave on another world. Im Oktober nimmt in der Mitte Deutschlands die Länge des lichten Tages um fast zwei auf nicht einmal mehr zehn Stunden ab. Der Oktober startet, wie erwartet - heftig! Am 3. Oktober wird die Venus rückläufig, mitten in einem Großen Kreuz aus Mars, Pluto, Merkur und Chiron, und auch Saturn spricht mit. Unsere Wertegrundlage wird in den nächsten Wochen neu verhandelt und es entsteht ein Vakuum, das verunsichern und zugleich neue Möglichkeiten öffnen kann. Für eine Weile werden wir nun im Dunklen tappen. Am 24. Oktober steht die Venus dann im Herzen der Sonne, rund 41 Millionen Kilometer von uns entfernt, so nah wie das ganze Jahr nicht, und trotzdem komplett unsichtbar. Dabei wird sie zum ersten Mal seit 1783 im Tor 50 ihren Neustart vollziehen, dem Tor der Werte und der Stammesregeln. Damit treibt sie die Neuausrichtung unserer Werte, Normen und Moralvorstellungen unaufhaltsam voran - es geht darum, alte Perspektiven auf einer ganz fundamentalen Ebene zu hinterfragen und neu zu definieren. Uns sie steht nicht alleine. Kosmische Helfer wie Pluto und Saturn sorgen dafür, dass faule Kompromisse jetzt nicht mehr funktionieren. Wir müssen tiefer gehen unseren inneren Wertekompass wirklich neu ausrichten. Auch dies ist ein enorm wichtiger Schritt im Hinblick auf den Eintritt in die neue Zeit. Bis 2027 ist es nun wirklich nicht mehr lange. Who thought putting Flock surveillance cameras to monitor traffic coming into the parking lots at the Pentagon was a good idea? We understand why the War Department would want to know who's trying to get close to the headquarters of the United States military, but the Pentagon already has procedures in place for restricting access to its parking lots. Why did it contract out to Flock for AI powered license plate readers? Security experts have point pointed out that Flock's system is not the most secure, with one expert claiming it can be hacked in under 30 seconds. Consider that Israel was able to eliminate Ayatollah Khameini on day one of its war with Iran because Mossad hacked the traffic cameras in Tehran. Now, imagine what a bad actor could do with a database of license plates regularly coming and going from the Pentagon parking lots. We also discussed the spiritual forces at work in the kerfuffle around Ed Sheeran's tour. If you missed it, one of his opening acts, the white rapper Macklemore, was fired for using his time during a concert in Philadelphia three weeks ago to spout pro Palestinian propaganda. Pressure was put on Sheeran to condemn Israel. His weak apology, trying to please both pro and anti-Israel supporters, made everybody unhappy. We live in an age where no one will be allowed to be neutral on the subject of Israel. Sadly, some of the loudest voices condemning Jews for being Jews come from professing Christians. In our view, these will cheer for the Antichrist when he leads the world to war against Israel. And we discuss Ukraine's president Volodomyr Zelenskyy's claim Friday that President Trump has authorized Ukraine to build Patriot missiles. Perseverance drove to the edge of an ancient Martian lake expecting a beach and found the inside of a volcano — rock that water has been through at least three separate times. Europe's Jupiter probe comes home on Monday night and crosses Australia in a fully dark sky. Two teams, using two completely different techniques, both find something hiding inside the most famous planetary system we have ever photographed — and an Australian instrument is in the middle of one of them. Plus: heavy water in an interstellar comet, and what it says about the star that made it. In this episode ·         LEAD — Three floods at the crater's edge. Candice Bedford (Purdue) and colleagues publish in Communications Earth & Environment: the Margin Unit at Jezero is igneous, not sedimentary, and records at least three distinct episodes of water — CO₂-rich groundwater making carbonate ridges, then silica associated with the lake, then a later hot-water event leaving fluorite veins. Habitability context, not a biosignature. ·         Juice returns. ESA confirms the third Earth gravity assist for 28 September — closest approach 11:45 UTC over the Indian Ocean, bending the trajectory ~20° and adding ~3.5 km/s. The spacecraft crosses Australia north-east to north-west 15–30 minutes earlier, in full darkness. ·         HR 8799. The path between those two degrees is the territory of this retrograde. And if you were born under a prenatal Scorpio Venus Star Point, this is your star point cycle, and it will be extraordinarily personal.Even if you're not a Scorpio star point: look back 8 years to 2018. And 8 years before that. And 8 years before that. Venus has been going retrograde through Scorpio on this 8-year cycle. Not for exact events — but for feelings, themes, the part of your chart activated. Everyone's Q4 plan starts with what they're going to add. Black Friday, the launch, the revenue target, the content. I think that starts one step too late. Before you add anything to October, November or December, the question worth asking is what your business already costs you on a completely ordinary Tuesday. Because whatever you add to Q4 gets added to the week you've already got, not the week you'd have if things were calmer. In this episode I take you through one client's business, 11 months on from the smallest change I've made in a client's business. We changed which half of the day she works on her own stuff. Her prices, the way her offers get delivered and what she hands over all moved after that, and none of it would have held without the part nobody sees, which is the same question asked every Monday for eleven months. Then I give you three calls I'd make for this quarter, with the dates behind each one. Why October to the middle of November is a review window rather than a build window, with Venus retrograde from 3 October and Mercury from 24 October. Why Black Friday gets designed backwards from December, with Mars moving into Virgo the day before it. And what December sets up for next year, as Saturn and Neptune both turn forward. Your job for the week is one job, and it needs a week of noticing rather than an afternoon of planning. I'm Holly, an operational business astrologer. In 1977, NASA took advantage of a once-in-a-lifetime alignment of the planets to send two probes to the outermost reaches of the solar system.  They sent back the best images and data available at that time about Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.  The program was a smashing success.
